Very stylish and beautiful hotel. Really friendly and accommodating staff. Everything was explained and staff was always in touch, ready to help and answer our questions. I was even able to get some things bought form me and arrange to be waiting for me in the room, which I was really impressed by! Shuttle to and from the airport / train station is every half an hour, and costs EUR 3 per person per trip. The location is excellent - three minutes drive from Malpensa airport, it was brilliant for me arriving in the middle of the night. Quite good breakfast. The place is calm, we slept with the window open at night. Wi-Fi, kettle, heating, shower, hairdryer - everything worked properly. Milan is half an hour away traveling by train. Luggage storage available on the day of departure, and was even delivered for us to the airport without a need to come to the hotel just to pick it up, for which a separate wholehearted thanks! The hotel is extremely beautiful - better than on pictures!

It’s really 5 minutes with the shuttle from the airport, the shuttle is regular and very comfortable. The rooms are of old style with quality wooden furniture, however, the bathrooms are renovated, and everything is perfectly clean. The dinner was served even though we arrived at 10.00, and the dishes were in accordance with high Italian standards. And the dining room is really beautiful. We also added breakfast for a small extra fee - and I had the best apple pie in my life. The reception was exceptionally helpful. We had a very pleasant overnight stay and we were in good time back at the airport the next morning.

Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed at the room (robes, great toiletries, etc). We stayed in the junior suite with balcony and the views were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom shower pressure perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and nice, we had a great time. The breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant was lovely, and they have a nice wine offer. The shuttle from and to the airport was very convenient and cheap. Our favorite was the pool area, it was a great detail considering the weather. We will definitely coming back.

Location very close to the Malpensa Airport, 2 minute from Terminal 1 with a shuttle service available by request. The Hotel is comfortable for short stays. Didn't get to try the restaurant.

Staff, except the reception, unmemorable and not particularly friendly. As mentioned on others reviews, this hotel, probably due to his location, has a problem with bugs. Our room had a lot of bugs walking around. Not bed bugs, mostly Coccinellidae which are just an annoyance but nonetheless avoidable. If you need an invoice, make sure to request it before you leave at checkout, otherwise they will not send you one after.

Lovely stylish hotel a few minutes by shuttle from the airport. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, very pleasant dining room, open until 10pm which was great for late arrivals. Nice choice of breakfast food. Spacious treed grounds and pool to relax by before ongoing flight. All the staff were great but special mention to the reception man, very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Terrific personal shuttle service with courteous and friendly driver. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here on future trips. Just wish we'd known about this hotel earlier.

nothing about the hotel! a tip for other travelers- my phone international roaming wouldn't work at the airport, it was late , eventually, in frustration I got a taxi. Cost 20 euro. The next day the shuttle driver advised me I could have got through to them on Whats App! I hope this is helpful for others to know

Location is perfect for the Malpensa airport. Especially since free shuttle was provided. It's just a beautiful building. Staff was wonderful. Food at the bar was good. Restaurant was a little pricey for me. Pool was nice and refreshing. Breakfast buffet was very nice.

The hotel is not near anything. Great gif a night going in and out of the airport but not somewhere I'd stay for more than that. You had to request and return towels to the front desk. The pool was fine but the walk to it had a bit of a rundown feel.

We chose this hotel to be close to the Airport and it was a great choice. We hotel is impressive outside, very beautiful and maintained. The inside is also very nice. The shuttle from and to the airport works good it came quickly everytime we needed it and mostly it takes about 2 minutes to get to the hotel, if there are no other people waiting in another terminal. We used the pool and its nice, not too big, but quite and it was a good option to spend the ext6remely hot afternoons in August. We were really satisfied and booked it again for our last day in Italy too. There are also 2-3 nice restaurants around in the area of the hotel- 5-10 min driving, however they were closed for August break. The staff is really friendly.

The pool was a bit dirty one day. On our second visit we were on the third flood and we had small round windows and trhe room was smaller. The ground floor room was much nicer in my opinion. It also had a bigger bathroom.

We found Hotel Villa Malpensa ideal for our one night stay after arriving in Milan / Malpensa. We arrived quite late and our pick up with the hotel shuttle was quick with barely any waiting for the shuttle to arrive We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff who thankfully had far better English than we did Italian! The room was quiet, basic but comfortable- what more do you need? Breakfast was served in the dining room and we found it to be quite good. Wide selection of dishes hot and cold and good coffee ! The pool area is very nice! Would happily stay again and indeed we hope to!

Nothing not to like if you keep in mind the purpose of the hotel - an overnight stay before or after a flight!

Excellent "American Style" Breakfast buffet (scrambled eggs and bacon added to continental breakfast). started serving at 5:30 a.m. convenient for those with early travel plans. Airport shuttle was fast, and very accommodating (there is a charge per ride). Hotel is a beautiful villa. Dining in the evening was reasonable and service was good. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are typically European sized but modern with period typical furniture. Bed was firm very comfortable. Excellent value overall as well. Location near the airport was convenient and shuttle would drop you off at the Express rail station in the airport for a ride to city center and other destinations.

The location of Villa Malpensa is unsurpassed in regard of the airport Milano-Malpensa. You can`t have a shorter distance and still the noise of planes is barely noticeable. There is a shuttle service, but due to our very early flight the hotel arranged for a taxi. Villa Malpensa is an impressive Building with lobby, restaurant and pool on site. Room (very spacious) and facilities are neat and clean (apparently recently renovated and very modern bathroom). Functional room, not exactly comfy, but ideal for spending a night before or after a flight. Milano City centre is within reach due to easy transportation from the airport. Ample parking space. Booking and handling was easy, reception and personel of the hotel very friendly and helpful and capable of speaking and even more understanding many languages.
