The facilities were clean and comfortable. The location close to the hotel and the shuttle were useful for an overnight stay.

More detail needs to be provided regarding the shuttle- please write to people the details don't help shuttle when requested so that not everyone is calling the staff desk during busy times. Very simple to explain that the shuttle will come at 15 minutes and 45 minutes past the hour at gate 10 at Terminal 1 ARRIVALS and that the van or bus has 'Air Pullman' written on the side. It took me 3 calls to get all this information!

5 min taxi drive from the airport that costs 25€ if you’re arriving after midnight. Neighborhood is far from pleasant

(I'm a professional industrial designer, designed more than 200 products in my consultancy). The room was very well appointed for a modestly priced hotel. Especially liked the iron and ironing board that I used. The bathroom was also well designed although the foot-operated trash can didn't work. The multiple knobs/valves in the shower required time to figure out. Also, congratulations for including a non-slip mat in the shower, a clear necessity in my opinion, to avoid slipping and falling while showering. The hair dryer was a bit small for my hand. Overall, very clean and neat. FYI, I had not seen/used the need to insert a room card into the electricity slot to turn on the lights, was initially confused about turning on the lights; some instruction from a staff person would have helped. Buffet breakfast was very impressive, many choices and delicious although a French toast offering would have been a bonus. When I checked in, the very friendly, young lady desk attendant made me coffee and offered (free) sandwich and peanuts after mistakenly saying the restaurant was open until 2:30 PM when it had closed at 2:00. I was anxious for American-style coffee after drinking heavy Italian coffee in Stresa for 4 days (for the wedding of one of my twin daughters). Your staff lady (forgot her name!) was delightfully pleasant, intelligent and well informed, a credit to your company. I munched a few peanuts while enjoying the coffee. I would heartily recommend Crowne Point.

As noted above, the foot-operated trash can in the bathroom didn't work; I used the bedroom trash can. Minor comment: the chrome, shiny elevator buttons, surrounded by very bright lights, were difficult to read. Black or darker-color buttons would have been much easier to read. BTW, why is the "first floor," where the front desk and entrance are, called floor ZERO?

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. I really liked it! It’s very close to the airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent — we called the WhatsApp number, and within 15 minutes we were picked up and taken to the hotel. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simply amazing! The hotel offers a wide and varied selection of fresh, delicious dishes in the morning. We spontaneously decided to have dinner at the hotel, and it was also very tasty — the soup was especially good. There is free parking right next to the hotel. On one of the days we were without a car and took the train to Milan — it was very convenient: first the free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, and then a direct train to the center of Milan. You can also walk from the hotel to the aviation museum Volandia. After visiting the museum, the staff can let you through a service gate directly onto the airport grounds, which is helpful if you need to catch the train to Milan. If needed, I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

One small note: for communication, the hotel initially sent us a regular phone number for reception. It took several messages to ask for and finally receive the WhatsApp number. I think it would be much more convenient for tourists if the WhatsApp contact was shared right away, especially since many travelers only have Wi-Fi and no roaming.

Once we actually FOUND the hotel, we were very happy with the comfort of the room, and the food in their dining room was very, very good. Which was lucky, since there is no-where else to go around that hotel. Their free shuttle to the airport in the morning was nice to have. It would be nice to also have shuttle TO the hotel, since it is out in the middle of what feels like no-where.

The location was terrible to get to. While it's close to the airport, there is no shuttle to it, and no easy way to get to it except by taxi. With a 20 euro minimum to drive the 1.2 miles it felt exorbitant.

We have now had over-night stays in both the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels at Malpensa Airport in Milan and the Crowne is by far the better of the two in virtually all respects; reception, rooms and restaurant. The two hotels share a shuttle service from the airport which is both frequent and convenient. The restaurant is well appointed and comfortable with an excellent buffet breakfast, including a full range of hot and cold selections, with the former amazingly hot. The room was relatively spacious, although the bathroom whilst functional was a bit cramped. Comfortable bed, hot water, thick towels, what more could you want. RECOMMENDED.

It was raining when we left so dampened spirits, but it may be stretching service quality to also expect climate control! Hard to fault so no complaints.

We wanted to take the shuttle from the airport and I had marked that in my booking, but we couldn’t get in contact with the hotel when we arrived, so we ended up taking a taxi. Not a huge deal, but if there could be clearer communication in the future for how people can ensure a shuttle will be there to pick them up if requested, that would be lovely. :)

Very comfortable beds, friendly personnel, great shuttle transfer services, good quality amenities (e.g. shower gel), excellent breakfast (lots of choice, also healthy options, e.g. wholegrain croissants, cherry tomatoes), excellent location

Poor maintenance in rooms (bathroom doors did not close properly, impossible to switch from rain shower to shower head to bath, button was stuck), elevator doors poor maintained, did not open properly. Cappuccino at breakfast was okayish (for Italian standards not good), espresso is better.

The staff were very pleasant. The restaurant food was very good. Also, the staff are empowered to act. As an example, we had an issue with the air conditioning. The staff attempted to address it from the front desk. That didn’t work, so we called back and told the front desk the air conditioning was still not working. They sent a technician to our room to assess the problem. The tech determined the aircon was broken. We were offered another room down the hallway. The staff were empowered to make sure our problem was assessed and fixed to our liking.
