I liked the fact that you can park the car right in front of the room. The room itself is spacious, as is the shower. There was a great welcome upon arrival, the price per night is good, and it's conveniently located near Malpensa Airport.

Dogs barking all night (disturbing greatly my partner and I, and my dog too which thankfully is trained not to bark so we did not increased the noise) issue due to the poorly soundproofed rooms. In the morning, we tried to have the included breakfast, but it only opens at 7 am, which is way too late for many travelers; in fact, we met others on our way out, and they had the same complaint. When we asked if it was possible to open 15 minutes earlier just to have a coffee, we were told absolutely no. Additionally, the morning staff at checkout was much less friendly than the evening staff: the guy checking us in was very friendly while the morning crew was pretty grumpy.

Spotlessly clean, good value and just what we needed to get our heads down before an early flight Shuttle to airport in morning was very handy!

We got a train from Milan to the airport and then needed to get to the hotel. Nobody tells you but the main taxi rank won’t take you there, only local cabs, so you have to make your way to Sheraton hotel and then the local cabs sit there

I arrived after midnight and had an appointment in the city early the next morning. The taxi fare to the hotel, which was only a few kilometers away, cost 50 euros.

Excellent Stay – Convenient, Comfortable, and Great Value! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It's very conveniently located just 7 minutes from the airport, which made my travel stress-free. The property is spacious, and each room has a private entrance and its own parking spot right next to the door – a big plus for convenience and privacy. The room itself was large and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and even a jacuzzi inside the bathroom, which was a lovely surprise. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was included and very satisfying – simple but fresh and more than enough to start the day. There are also cafés within walking distance if you're looking for more options. The hotel offers a shuttle service at a very reasonable price, which is great for airport transfers

The facility is located close to the airport (10min drive) and with 24h front desk. We have landed at 2pm and just had a sleepover and breakfast before continuing our trip. I liked the fact that I could park the car in front of the room very much. Perfect after a long day and flight.

Unfortunately someone smoked in our room there was a distinct smell which I did not like at all. I am sure we could get a replacement room but I was just too tired to deal with this at 3am. There could also be some more varieties for breakfast, eggs for example would be most welcome and are a common breakfast option for many. Some tomatoes, olives, more cheese options, pate maybe ...

The nice thing about the hotel is that its location is close to the malpensa airport and they have an airport shuttle with a reasonable price. The staff is very kind and helpful and the hotel is clean and big.

My room was far away from the reception and I had to walk a lot to reach my room because all the rooms are on the ground floor and each room’s distance depends on the room number. The higher the room number the further it is from the reception. I just recommend to have a golf cart to send the people to their rooms in a more comfortable and faster way.

LOVED that there was a bench big enough for both suitcases. Large, modern, well appointed room and excellent bathroom. Close to airport. Transfer to airport (11euro per room) available. If we had had a vehicle we would have been delighted with the motel style facility with parking right outside the door; similar to that in Australia and USA. Fabulous restaurant 10 minutes walk away.

No shelf in shower - a small irritant but would have been appreciated. Only a small packet of shower gel provided - no dispenser on wall. Even an extra cake of soap would have been better.

We rented a car from the airport, so the hotel was easy to reach (less than 10 min by car). It would have been difficult to reach it without a car. The room had high ceiling, big bed. The breakfast was good enough, but the choices were really limited. There were lots of pastries, cereal, but it would have been nice to have something hot. There was no coffee machine, but the nice lady over the counter made coffee for those who asked.

The bed was not really comfortable to sleep on, and there was a leak from one of the pipes in the shower. It would have been nice to have a little bit more to choose from at breakfast. Other than that, it was all good.

The hotel has a charming traditional exterior and is located in a quiet yet central area of Milan, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the strong Wi-Fi connection.

The room was quite small and the furnishings were dated. The mattress was a bit firm and the bathroom could use some maintenance, especially the shower water pressure. Soundproofing was minimal, so noise from the corridor could be heard clearly.

The property was exactly what we needed for 1 night before a flight. The room is tidy and looks good. The transfer to the airport in the morning was on time.

It was difficult to reach the property. Taxis from the airport refused to take us there since the ride was too short but the distance is not walkable. We called front desk for advice or for shuttle service but they couldn’t help us. Also there was a small opening in the wall through the closet which lead straight in the next room. The room was a bit noisy too.
