We arrived at Malpensa airport and after ringing hotel we were picked up by courtesy transport within 10. Minutes and same on return journey. Lovely room with the bonus of a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. We ordered lunch on day of arrival and met Andreas , head chef , who was friendly and helpful, as were all of the staff, choice at breakfast was good but evening dinner was excellent, many choices for each course .

Whilst hotel was very good there were no other services or restaurants nearby and not good if you wanted to walk, we tried to use the local train station for trains to Milan but had to use taxi to next large station as it did not stop at the one local to the hotel. Whilst we loved the hotel feel that it is more suited to people with their own transport for visiting Milan and surrounding area.

I liked the bottled water in my room. A tea kettle would also be highly appreciated. The location is calm and easy to reach by a train from Milan or from Lake Maggiore. I stayed during my vacation in two different rooms and could not use the hair shampoo container (was probably blocked or broken), the hair conditioner container in the bathroom was OK (it`s good to know this information before you start taking a shower). You do not have to worry about a place to have lunch or dinner (there is an excellent restaurant downstairs). You can also easily order a transfer from/to the airport (I used both ways successfully), the travelling time is 10-15 minutes on a minivan with a professional driver.

It turned out that I was extremely allergic to the scent of some hotel perfume that probably came from the bathroom ventilation. It was uncomfortable to sleep during the night. The odour was good but too intense even after airing the room in the evening. I woke up with a running nose and a headache unfortunately. Those with allergies need to take it into consideration.

The free airport shuttle service was fantastic. My flight was delayed therefore I arrived one hour after the shuttle last usual trip but I was still kindly picked up. The breakfast was AMAZING in the beautiful restaurant and very polite and helpful staff. This breakfast was the best that I have ever seen in a smaller hotel with even lactose free, gluten free options....

I had a very bright light placed outside of my window pointing in my room, which was on all night. The curtain had some sort of plastic thing to keep it on one side, which didn't allow to close it properly, therefore my room was far too light during the night. I think, I wasn't lucky with my room. Other rooms had no issues with the lights - how I have heard from other people staying there.

Very clean room, shower room, and linen. The bed was also super comfortable. The driver for the early morning shuttle to the airport was also kind and a gentleman who offered me his hand when I got out of the car. Since there are no shops nearby, additional bottles of mineral water are provided free of charge at the front desk. The osteria's delicious selected seafood is popular among locals, and the staff was friendly.

There wasn't much lighting in the room, so it was inconvenient to pack my bags in the dark very early in the morning. Also, if possible, I would like a bedside light for reading.

It’s clean and comfortable and of course it’s very convenient for Malpensa airport. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport

I felt that the breakfast was quite limited and there were some surprising omissions For example, we’re in Italy but there were no grapes, no olives, no special cheeses. The bread was just packet supermarket toasting bread. I had a walk around the surrounding streets and came across a small bakery selling several types of typical Italian breads. Couldn’t the hotel offer a few of these to their guests?

This wonderful hotel and restaurant in a small commune in Northern Italy was just perfect. Our stay included breakfast and an airport shuttle, which made it even better. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant, which was one of our best meals during our 16 day trip to Italy. The service was fantastic, and our servers JP and Francesco even brought a limoncello and some cookies at the end of our meal. There was a good variety of options for the breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay again!

It was all great! The only thing that I would suggest is a small Nespresso coffee maker and some coffee in the room.

From arrival to departure the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. The added bonus of the shuttle service to/from the airport was appreciated. On site resaurant was a real gem.

The location meant that the train ride to Milano Centrale wasn't direct (1 change) and no staff at the station and lack of of signage regarding arrivals/departures platforms made it difficult to navigate- this wasn't a fault of the hotel

The staff were the biggest blessing. There was a strike with transportation and I was a solo traveler-they took care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable the entire stay. (Theres a train station 7 minute walk away. )Provided me a map and breakfast on the go. The shuttles to airport were also so amazingly convenient and made the trip so easy. The restaurant at the hotel was great and constantly busy (book ahead). The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious, bathrooms were big and had a bidet. everything was great.

That I had to leave. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Great communication and very friendly staff. Our flight was delayed so when the shuttle bus got us to the hotel there was onyten minutes until the kitchen closed. However, the staff ensured we were able to order and we weren’t rushed at all. Whole place was bustling with a nice atmosphere. Also, the breakfast is extensive and delicious. Only ten mins from Milan airport so a very handy overnight in either direction.

All good. Maybe kettle in room for drinks?

This is a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a couple of days whilst visiting family in the area. Our flight was delayed and so we arrived very late - the hotel were really helpful and left our key out for us. Our room on the top floor was really spacious with a lovely view over the rooftops. We would highly recommend this property. It is by far the best hotel we have found near to Malpensa.
