Very stylish and beautiful hotel. Really friendly and accommodating staff. Everything was explained and staff was always in touch, ready to help and answer our questions. I was even able to get some things bought form me and arrange to be waiting for me in the room, which I was really impressed by! Shuttle to and from the airport / train station is every half an hour, and costs EUR 3 per person per trip. The location is excellent - three minutes drive from Malpensa airport, it was brilliant for me arriving in the middle of the night. Quite good breakfast. The place is calm, we slept with the window open at night. Wi-Fi, kettle, heating, shower, hairdryer - everything worked properly. Milan is half an hour away traveling by train. Luggage storage available on the day of departure, and was even delivered for us to the airport without a need to come to the hotel just to pick it up, for which a separate wholehearted thanks! The hotel is extremely beautiful - better than on pictures!

It’s really 5 minutes with the shuttle from the airport, the shuttle is regular and very comfortable. The rooms are of old style with quality wooden furniture, however, the bathrooms are renovated, and everything is perfectly clean. The dinner was served even though we arrived at 10.00, and the dishes were in accordance with high Italian standards. And the dining room is really beautiful. We also added breakfast for a small extra fee - and I had the best apple pie in my life. The reception was exceptionally helpful. We had a very pleasant overnight stay and we were in good time back at the airport the next morning.

Location very close to the Malpensa Airport, 2 minute from Terminal 1 with a shuttle service available by request. The Hotel is comfortable for short stays. Didn't get to try the restaurant.

Staff, except the reception, unmemorable and not particularly friendly. As mentioned on others reviews, this hotel, probably due to his location, has a problem with bugs. Our room had a lot of bugs walking around. Not bed bugs, mostly Coccinellidae which are just an annoyance but nonetheless avoidable. If you need an invoice, make sure to request it before you leave at checkout, otherwise they will not send you one after.

Lovely stylish hotel a few minutes by shuttle from the airport. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, very pleasant dining room, open until 10pm which was great for late arrivals. Nice choice of breakfast food. Spacious treed grounds and pool to relax by before ongoing flight. All the staff were great but special mention to the reception man, very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Terrific personal shuttle service with courteous and friendly driver. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here on future trips. Just wish we'd known about this hotel earlier.

nothing about the hotel! a tip for other travelers- my phone international roaming wouldn't work at the airport, it was late , eventually, in frustration I got a taxi. Cost 20 euro. The next day the shuttle driver advised me I could have got through to them on Whats App! I hope this is helpful for others to know

Very convenient location near Malpensa Airport. Excellent facilities and comfortable, very clean rooms. Convenient transfer service from and to airport at €3,50 p/p (not free as stated on Booking). Excellent Breakfast, good food in the Bar till 12PM. Highly recommend the Tiramisu :-) Felirent Car Rental is located opposite the hotel, so an excellent combo for flying in late night and picking up your car the next morning after breakfast! (They also have a free airport transfer)

Doors to the rooms cannot be closed silently, and early departing gust in your hallway will wake you up if you are a lighter sleeper. Beds are a little more firm then to my liking (personal preference) and in wintertime a thicker bedcover would be good as standard (but in our case quickly delivered to our room when requested, excellent front of house service!)

Awesome customer service. From the driver, to the receptionists to the restaurant staff. Feel always welcomed and wanted every time I do the stop overs in Milan to travel Europe from Australia. Best pick up and drop off service. Even taking you to restaurants around if you need to kill some time between flights. Always smiling and available for you. Highly recommended. Rooms are nice and beds large . The building itself is charming too. I will definitely be back next year. Thanks Monica and the restaurant staff for a great night yesterday! The Milan weather lol

My wife and I really enjoyed our one-night stay at Hotel Villa Malpensa. The hotel is truly wonderful, with a charming ambiance and very welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. We could even see the Alps from the huge field infront of the hotel...definitely will do it again. The shuttle service to and from the airport was incredibly convenient and added to the overall ease of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience near the airport. Thank you for a memorable visit!"

We transferred from an AirBnB in Milan at the end of our trip to be close to the airport to catch an early plane. The location was perfect- less than a 10min trip! The rooms were beautiful- they appeared newly renovated and we impeccably clean. We had a big family group and they were more than accommodating to have us all together with the beds arranged appropriately (we had a triple twin room, 2 double rooms, and a double twin room). The staff were so friendly and welcoming- everyone greeted us with a smile- the maids, restaurant staff, and front desk clerks were all so nice! Likewise, the shuttle drivers were great and hustled with “many hats”… we saw both gentlemen helping out serving drinks in the bar, cleaning tables, and even checking the electrical fuses in our room in between driving for pickups! It seemed like a well-oiled machine of hotel staff! The breakfast buffet and restaurant dinner were much better than expected! They had a wide selection of sweet and savory pastries, cereals, meats, cheeses, hot eggs and bacon, as well as coffee and juices included in the stay price. Dinner was an al la carte menu with reasonable prices and delicious food! We visited the bar as well for a glass of wine to relax as well. Overall, highly recommend.

Pillows were a little firm, but that is personal preference.

Beautiful property. Clean, recently renovated (at least appeared that way) and well appointed rooms with everything needed including slippers and mini bar. Easy parking to side of hotel. Within 5 min of the airport. Early morning buffet with mix of pastries and traditional American style breakfast. Perfect for early departure flights. The only hitch (and this isn’t the hotel’s fault) was the rather warm room. Apparently, Italy doesn’t allow for the use of both heat and air conditioning at any given time. There is a season for each. We opened the windows and door and that cooled adequately.

Shuttle from the MXP Airport to the hotel was extremely fast. Bus showed up within 10 minutes of our call to the hotel. The van driver was very nice and took our luggage directly to our room. The room was fantastic. Very clean, fresh, and huge. Views were awesome. Breakfast in the morning was so good. Hot eggs, sausage, cappuccino/expresso, juices, cereals, croissants, etc. Huge area to eat in. Lots of tables. Shuttle back to the MXP Airport in the morning was nice. Easy to set up with the front desk the evening before, and they dropped us off right in front of our airlines. My wife mentioned that she was not sure how the hotel would be since it was noted as an airport hotel, but she said it was probably the nicest place we stayed on our three week vacation to Northern Italy. It far exceeded both of our expectations. We will stay here again on all of our trips into the MXP Airport.

When we arrived to the airport, the email we got from the hotel asked us to either call (at one number) or text (on a different number on WhatsApp) the hotel so they could send their hotel shuttle van to pick us up. But when we sent the text, we got a response stating that the number does not recognize text messages. So we ended up calling which cost us money since we were from the USA and did not have telephone availability in italy.
