Very friendly and attentive staff. Free underground parking was convenient solution, as there were some rainy days during our stay. Nice garden seating area and restaurant on site is a plus and both looks very nice, though we did not use it. Good location in a quiet small city, very close to the highway.

Price-value ratio is slightly below average, as per my impression. Breakfast is rather basic for a 4-star hotel; however, containing most common meal choices. On request, guests can get something different. Beds could be more comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was great too, with a lot of toiletries and a huge mirror. The bed was comfy and large as well. The breakfast had a variety of foods(eggs, ham, bacon, cheese etc.) and pastries that were very tasty. Great coffee too. Very convenient underground parking. Decent check in/out times. The Hotel is located in an area that is not crowded. Good option to consider when visiting Lake Como, a 40 min drive.

Poli is our favorite hotel in the Milano area. This was our fourth stay at this place. During this visit, we brought another couple with us. They were very happy with our hotel choice. All of us were very satisfied with the breakfast served at the hotel. Many delicious items to choose from. The coffee was so good, we all had a second cup every morning. We didn't have a chance to try the hotel restaurant, but we enjoyed the local restaurants in the walking distance from the hotel. We like the convenient hotel parking. The hotel facilities are clean, the staff is very professional and friendly. We will definitely stay at Poli again. Lake Como and Lake Maggiore are a nice drive away.

Great price at 97 euro compared to most places in IT. Great breakfast, many options. Modern hotel with large room and bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed

Wifi needed internet to connect (needed to use email or social media account entered to receive pin to login). No ac control in room. Shower head design kept sliding down and water poured out of tub onto floor from under sliding glass door. Reception is in back corner, have to park in small lot and walk there.

As mentioned in other comments., since our last visit, Drop in level for the breakfast. Ask a room to the back , rooms to the main street are a bit noisy. Avoid the restaurant. Absurd prices for the quality. Very friendly staff but that is just not enough to justify these prices.

The location is great, somehow in between the airport and the milan centre. The breakfast weather amazing with various options. The staffs were kind and supportive.

The wifi is the only issue I faced during my stay. It was disconnecting and asks me to log in every time. It bothers me. I could rate the hotel 10/10 if the wifi was stable.

Comfortable beds and a large and powerful shower. The staff were friendly and the free parking was easy. Good location to drive towards Fieramilano.

Due to the power of the shower and weak door seal, the bathroom flooded easily. Wifi was slow and disconnected regularly.

Checkin process was easy. Room was very accomodating. Breakfast is compact but hits the spot. We stayed for 1 night to be close to the Malpensa airport and we found it a perfect spot.

Drape in one of the baths can be slightly updated. Overall rooms size an cleaness is good.

Everything was good. This is my 2nd time staying at this property. The breakfast was great. The staff are so kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a quite area far from the crowd of Milan. The center of Milan is around 25 KM. Too many restaurants in the area

Terrific family owned property with attention to detail. The Poli Hotel is a gem, it gives off a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home.

No gym and wifi was a bit complicated to connect to.
