THE NEIBOURHOOD WAS MARVELLOUS AND SAFE FOR FAMILIES ESPECIALLY.THE CAPPUCINO PERFECT THE BEST WE HAVE EVER TASTE.WHAT COULD I SAY FOR THE STUFF ? EVERYONE OF THE HOTEL HAS FRENDLY AND HUMAN BEHAVIOUR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HOPE SEE YOU SOON WE ARE VERY GLAD TO MEET YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel was clean and well maintained, Towels were changed everyday, staff was warm and helpful, location was 20-30 minutes walk to the city centre which was very convenient if you would like to take it by foot, transport was easy as there were Bus stops and Metro Station that you could get to in a 3 minutes walk. Room had a beautiful terrace with a nice cosy italian street view. There were also stores that were on a 5-10 minutes walk to get everything you need!

Really don’t have any critiques connected to the place as for the price you pay it is worth every cent.

Great 2 star.Large double room.Fridge,balcony and air-conditioning. We took our own kettle. Extremely clean.Clean towels daily.Staff were excellent .Slightly out of the centre.M line close by.We walked a few morning took about 20 mins.Lots of coffee shops and restaurants in 10 min walk. The location was amazing, the staff were unfailingly kind and friendly and super helpful and the breakfast and cappuccinos were so fantastic.

I am a person with a chronic migraine disorder which makes me incredibly sensitive to scent. The detergent that they use on the bedding was highly perfumed to the point where after two days I actually took it to a laundromat and had to wash it myself so I could sleep for the remaining five nights. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding about it and it’s not a problem I’ve ever had at a hotel, but if you’re someone that is scent sensitive, keep it in mind. Didn’t bother my husband at all so it was very much me.

We spent the last 2 days of our 3 week trip in this little hotel to be close to Linate Airport and having the chance to do some work remotely and explore the center of Milan without spending too much on accomodations. Before arrival we communicated to the hotel via booking.com that we would arrive earlier than the checking time and they were able to give us our room around the time requested, without extra charge. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the metro station and being 15 min from the airport. The hotel is small, the rooms are small but this was not an issue since pictures are accurate. The staff was super friendly, the room was very clean, and we felt safe walking at night from and to the metro station. We were able to get around Milan without issues. I was also able to hold my teams video calls without issues. The concierges were very helpful when we asked for options to go to the airport since we had a early flight and the metro was closed at this time. They offered a front desk service to order a taxi via a terminal that takes credit cards which was useful since we ran out of euros by the end of our trip, we didn't end up using it since there is a night bus service that is 6 min walking from the hotel that takes you right to the airport. We would stay here again if we are spending a couple nights in Milan :)

The only thing that we would have liked is that they communicated that there were mosquitos in the area, it was not a big deal but one night we forgot to close the windows and mosquitos were in the room. Other than that, the hotel was great.

My flights were delayed due to the outages and had to stay in Milan. They had late check in and I was able to be checked in @1am after getting there from the airport. Staff was so understanding and polite. Helped me with my bags and even washed my laundry!! 10/10 recommend.

The staff were very nice and welcoming! The hotel itself is clean and organized, and the location is nice. It's all we needed and expected for the price.

The shower was a bit broken (nothing too bad) And the electricity got broken but the stuff fixed it as fast as they could

Great staff, supporting and being there for everything you need. Exceptional location, having the nearby subway station, providing access to every part of the city with public transportation.

The hotel was sufficient for 2 nights stay in Milan. Room had a nice balcony and clean. Location was quiet and has good transport links from the airport and central station. Would definitely stay in this area again. The best part of the hotel was the staff who were very welcoming and accommodating. They gave helpful recommendations and were very accommodating. Breakfast was also good - coffee, pastries, etc. We will stay again in this hotel if we find ourselves in Milan again.

Delizia hotel is wonderful place were guests are welcomed with heart. The receptionists are super nice and very helpful. They really made my stay in Milano superb! The hotel is placed in good location close to metro station that makes it easy to get to the city as well to the airport. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. The coffee for breakfast is a real Italian coffee. For sure I will come back to the same hotel in Milano.
