because to many peopels will check in to this Hotel: it is simply the best Hotel near Milano Airport I stayed in. Most of the time I would pay much more to get much less then in Tower Malpensa. No nonsens design water or light switch. And you can even open up the windows completly. Receptionist from Croatia was very good and helpful. See you soon. in most Hotels you can not open windows for fresh air. One would think that all guests want to do is jump out of the window. I really do not understand why they all block there windows....... even if they have a balcony 👻

The breakfast, which is out of my expectation, is still good enough. And the related service provided by this hotel is fantastic and considerate. Apart from that, the hotel is located near to the train station which offers me large convenience in traveling to Milan center and airport.

To my experience, there is basically nothing that doesn't satisfy me.

Location: It is a short, flat walk from the Busto Arsizio Nord train station, which makes it very convenient. Busto Arsizio is also a couple of stops away from Malpensa Airport, which makes it affordable for an early morning flight. It must be out of the flight path because there wasn't any air traffic noise. Meals: INCREDIBLE breakfast buffet available with a selection ranging from pastries to eggs and sausages, tea, English coffee, or espresso, and up the ladder of delicious coffee. Dinner: The atmosphere is very elegant and although casual attire is acceptable, I feel it warrants getting dressed up a little because the hotel puts effort into refining the experience. The meal was delicious - compliments to the chef. The wait staff was multilingual, very courteous, and attentive. I felt that these women loved what they were doing, had an eagle eye for what was needed, and presented it with flair. Room: I chose the upper lever room and was rewarded with an exceptional room with floor-to-ceiling views on two walls. Breathtaking to say the least. Shower/bath combo, WC and bidet, desk area, small stocked fridge, safe, TV, and comfortable bed with complimentary ROBES. It's the small thoughtful touches that make a big difference. It was spacious and clean and I didn't want to leave. Pricing: This stay falls into 'Exceptional Value" in my opinion. This was luxury at an economical price. And considering the convenient location, that adds even more value. Staff: A beautiful place can be ruined by the attitude from the personnel. From front desk at check-in to check-out and staff in the dining area, I say they all were courteous, attentive and gave the impression that they loved what they were doing. How often does THAT happen. And that attitude translates to the experience of the patron. THANK YOU for making my last night in Italy a pleasant experience. I appreciate your excellence and I am so glad I chose your lodging.

Very professional staff--courteous, welcoming, and gracious--hospitality at its best! We had requested a quiet room on an upper floor and the room assigned exceeded our expectations. By far one of the largest hotel rooms we've encountered, with floor to ceiling windows on two sides, it was a welcome surprise for our final night before departure. Very glad we had time to enjoy the excellent breakfast before heading out the next morning, and the short walk to the train station with frequent service to the airport made for a stress-free arrival for our flight. Will definitely stay here again when flying out of MXP!

This hotel seems an excellent option - reasonably priced, but with excellent transport connections. It is only a 10 minute walk from Bustio Arsizio (Nord) railway station (on the "FN" railway network) which is only about 20-30 minutes by train from Milan Malpensa international airport, and only about 40 minutes by train from either Milano Centrale or Milano Cardona railway stations. The hotel is clean, the rooms comfortable and equipped. Mine had a comfortable bed, a good bathroom with decent shower, digital TV and a mini-refrigerator. There also seems to be a decent amount of car parking space available, although I didn't use that myself.

The digital TV had many channels, but I could only find one in English (CNN) and two in French. There may have also been one or two in German, but nearly all of them were Italian. (A minor complaint, I know !) Also, the breakfast was 12 Euros extra. Whilst it was OK, the selection was a little limited. There was some hot food, and a selection of cereals, fruits and pastries, but there was no wholemeal bread or facility to make toast. Also, the water to make tea could have been hotter. Again, perhaps I am being too fussy, but these were minor drawbacks. The area around the hotel is very quiet - good for getting sleep, but not what you want if you are looking to party. The town did have a few pubs & bars which seemed OK., but was somewhat on the "very quiet" side at night.

9 minutes walk from the station and direct train to the MPX airport. Comfortable beds.

Some details and decorations are still not fully in place (e.g. some walls feel empty), but the owner explained me that the hotel has just opened since 2 weeks so this is expected.

The hotel was lovely. The room was clean spacious and comfortable, coffee and tea facilities , body wash in the bathroom and fresh towels in the room.which were changed daily. Lovely shower and option for a bath which was much needed. The bed was made daily and there was air con. The location was brilliant, very close to the train station and a walk to the venue for our taekwondo tournament. Good value for money and the staff were very friendly. I would most certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was satisfactory, at €12 per person. The Continental was nice, I would have liked to have seen more cooked items, all that was available was bacon and scrambled egg. Baked beans and sausages would have been a nice addition.

The staff is great, including the kind gentleman who was vacuuming near my room, who saw that my keycard wasn't working, and after using his key to let me into my room, went downstairs to exchange my keycard. All without speaking a word of English! The front desk staff speaks great English. Super convenient to the airport, and in a quiet area. Very happy with this option over the hustle and bustle (and expensive prices!) of Milan. Make sure you buy your train ticket for Busto Arsizio *Nord*. The station is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and appears a little sketchy for a lone female at night, but it was fine! The town itself is pretty nice and authentic. I took a nice day trip to Varese (30 min on the train), and there are other convenient options including Switzerland. I will absolutely stay here again!

Not an issue for me, but like in a lot of hotels, the twin beds are close together.

Near new 7 storey hotel. Only 8-9min level walk from Busto Arsizio (Nord) train station. In turn only 2 stops (15mins) from Malpensa terminal on the XP1/R28/XP2, alternately 35mins from Centrale FS. As our flight arrived very early am, reception arranged to have a room made up early allowing us to check-in around 10am. Take up excellent (full buffet style) breakfast option, great value. Very comfortable bed, good air-cond although windows also open for fresh air if required. Good little genuine pizza restaurant over the road. Well worth the 10-12min walk into the old town centre, Piazza San Giovanni, with very up market boutique shops and restaurants .

Immediate neighbourhood is run down, so wouldn't walk from station after dark.

The hotel was pretty clean, modernized and I liked the complementary snack as well. The staff were very helpful who told me there's train worker strike otherwise I would have missed my flight, thankfully they even provided me a taxi. The location is close to train station Busto Arsizio NORD not the main one which is called Busto Arsizion (Google Maps really confused me with that one, name is wrong there)

There was like noise in the room like a phone vibration (not sure was fire alarm) that was buzzing for like half a second ever 3 mins or so - was annoying and affected my initial sleep at the beginning.
