Ms. Laura was friendly and helpful she is doing her best, helped in reserving a taxi to the airport. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was not as expected.

Add a small electric cooker and bread grill in the common room if someone wants to cook a small meal or boil eggs. Breakfast was mostly sweets and coarsen. Walking to the center was not easy especially in coming back. Toilet was clean. It would be much better to make a shelf underneath the mirror to keep the toothbrush, toothpaste and soap instead putting the on the top of the sink directly. Shower handle was broken needs to be replaced.

Everything was great, very clean, new furniture, spatious room, the bath and the shower also! The Host Laura was amazing!

The only downside that I could find to this accommodation is the location, is a bit far from the city center, and from the duomo. But with bus, I managed.

Throughout all my travels, this was by far my best experience. Laura the hostess was thoughtful, kind and caring. She shared her experiences regarding sicily and did all in her power to provide guidance.

The hostess is very nice and helpful, there was no problem when we arrived to check in very late or when we overslept for breakfast. Delicious Italian breakfast - everything that you may need including fruits and drinks (in addition, there are drinks in the fridge that you can take during the day). The room was very comfortable and clean, if we are in Catania again we will definitely stay there, 10/10!

Once we checked into our room it had a VERY strong smelled of cigarettes like someone was just smoking inside, and the smell lasted during our entire stay. They gave us room fragrance but still it didn't go away. Between balconies there are doors to access to one room to another, and 2 days in a row the cleaner was walking through our balcony to clean the next room and grabbing cleaning utilities that apparently it was kept next to our room!!! That was unacceptable!!! Very Disappointed!!! Absolutely NO privacy!!! There was NO kettle to make some tea and NO cutlery to grab if you bring your own food. The breakfast shown in the pictures is not even close of what you get. No bread or cheese, just a chipolina to share, and the rest are croissant and snacks. Not good of what you pay. Won't recommend this place.
