It was really great,everything was Smart, including the locks in the apartment. The owner was great and I liked the fact that even though I was late to the check in because my flight was delayed(I got there at 11 pm when the check in was over at 10 pm), the owner was very nice. I only had to pay a tax of 15€ which is very fair.

The check in process was a bit cumbersome. Older people might not be able to go through it. Completely remote.

Everything was perfect😍 Ower is kind, he recommended us everything we need to see. Room was clean.

Everything was great, breakfast good tasting, room was tidy up every day. Shower clean. I can recommend this accommodation. Metro is 1,5 kilometers far. There also aren't noise.

The breakfast could use improvement with more options catering to international guests. The process of changing towels was a bit challenging, and initially finding the property's entrance was confusing. Additionally, it's worth noting that the property is situated quite far from the city center.

Breakfast is a weak point. We got 2 packed small biscuits and a bottle of water on a room's table and that was all. We paid for breakfast but had to buy it on our own. The place was cleaned every day, towels , toilets -ok. The kitchen is shared with other inhabitants of a few rooms in this apartment, which we hadn't known before. We were sure we had 2 separate apartments, not 2 separate apartments out of 5 in one flat. Contact with the owner is via Whattsup only- but it's ok.

Breakfast - better to buy it on your own out , than pay for it . The lady who welcomed us doesn't speak English. The apartment is far from the city centre, you need to take buses (which don't go according to the timetable) unless you like walking or Uber.

Owner was lovely. Left a birthday gift for me. Balcony has a view of 50% of a volcano. Close to a hospital should you fall off the balcony of the volcano erupt.

Paint and plaster was peeling. Ambulances going past every 10 minutes.

Clean room, good kitchen appliances, efficient AC

Little snack instead of breakfast (small juice + small roll - something similar to "7days" but smaller) , unexpected extra costs (tax) to be paid in place (never met before), short bed (1.9m)
