The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were tourists so they helped us sort out excursions and tailored to our needs exceptionally. They also made it very easy managing a group of 20 students who were on this trip. In addition the hotel was less than a 10 min walk from the metro (Nullo station/ Cibele station), so it made it very accessible.

The beds could have been more comfortable, but other than that, I have no negative comments. Also, the breakfast could have had more variety.

Everything was as expected. Frequent visitors.

Only draw back in my opinion is that couple of years ago parking and breakfast was included in the price and presently you have to purchase both. One of the main reasons we try to find somewhere else.

Very friendly staff...I came late at night, simething smelt beautifully and I asked, what do they cook. A minute later they brought me a plate of pasta with pistacchio at 11.30 pm...and never charged.

Excellent experience staying at this hotel. Do not let the outside appearance fool you! The hotel was absolutely lovely inside, with beautiful, modern decor. If space is available (area is rather small and can't accommodate many cars), parking is within the property gated walls and quite secure and safe. Front desk staff was superb, especially Mattia, who was fluent in English and very, very helpful. I was very pleased with the lodging experience. My stay exceeded my expectations!

A few little things in my room needed attention, such as the curtain rails not functioning properly (couldn't open/close curtain properly), and one or two lamps needed some repair...but nothing that was inconvenient enough to tarnish my overall experience.

Everything I like there.. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable.. The staff and facilities services also excellent..

Only one thing I can't accept.. That is the location, because it was very difficult to came there.. If we ask about your hotel they don't know the hotel.. Only I had this problem I faced yesterday... Only these reason we came late... So please arrange this problem.. Apart from this everything was excellent..

Staff who can speak English stays for 24 hours. access is not so bad because you can use subway.

the temperature of shower in my room was unstable.

A bit out of the way but the walk wasn’t too bad around 30/40 mins to the centre

There was braille in the elevator and seem fit for wheelchair.

I would like that the hotel would have better access conditions such as side walks from city center and subway.

Clean and quiet, the personal it’s really nice

Its not close to the city center but it’s easy to park and accesible to move to the beaches during the day :)
