Simple, clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation with a homey feeling, located near the city centre (approx. a 20-min walk). Luciano was a great host and we really appreciated his kindness and warm hospitality. The breakfast was more than enough and consisted of various fresh local pastries, which differed everyday and we really enjoyed it. Also, Luciano was very kind to let us store our luggage there even after our check-out, since our flight was later in the evening, so we got to enjoy our last day in Catania.

Our host was exceptionally helpful , our flight was delayed, and he waited to see us in, making recommendations for a place to eat late at night. His communication was excellent. Breakfast was perfectly fine to start your day , especially good coffee. The bed was comfy and air conditioning good.

We were not too keen on the area, especially arriving late at night , the area and the apartment were both a bit run down, and the building was hard to find. There was no on street parking on this occasion due to street cleaning - Etna was sending out ash ! We were directed to a parking garage for €15 and to be honest, we're glad we parked the car inside due to the ash, and it generally felt safer.

Luciano, the host was very kind with us and he offered us breakfast even if we didn't wake up for it. He told us that the breakfast is between 8:00 and 10:00 am, but we woke up everyday day after 10:00 and he had left some fresh breakfast for us from a local bakery. Also, he was very thoughtful, discreet and amazingly kind.

The owner ( i forgot his name 😅) was really really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, big. There was everything that we needed, small refrigerator, locker, TV, air-conditioning, etc. I would recommend.

Bathroon was not in the room. We were using the bathroom only for ourselves, but it would've been better if it was in the room, especially at night.

The place is very clean and quiet. There is almost everything you need on a vacation. The area is calm yet has some positive vibes. Luciano, the manager of the place, is super friendly and helpful. AC works nicely, the bed and bedroom are big and comfortable

It's hard to say there was anything we didn't like, but perhaps the location is not that far, but it would have been more amazing if it was a bit closer to the center. Yet it's something not to really be fussed about.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet street. The owner is friendly, always tells you how to get better to the interesting places. The owner also serves breakfast and makes it like in a restaurant. Great atmosphere☺️

Nice and big room. Easy communication and check-in. The location in Catania is really convenient - it‘s only a 10-15 min walk to Via Etnea and other sights. The host Luciano is very friendly and reacts super fast to questions.

The bathroom is kind of integrated as a another little room/box into the ‚real room‘. It‘s functional and everything works bit it‘s not super convenient. Takes quiet some time until hit water comes and you have to throw paper tissues in a bin and not in the toilet.

The overall experience is very positive, Luciano is great, communicative and accommodating landlord, the apartment is quite close to the city center, big plus is the air conditioning which is really needed during hot summer days.

The only thing I didn't like that much was a bit moldy bathroom.

Big room with balcony. High ceilings and a good bed. The guy who checked us in 'Luciano' was kind and helpfull.

The breakfast was kind of poor. We got a small coffee and a focacca. And this was in the place just across the street. But there were bananas and other better things in the hotel. So in the end we had a good breakfast all together.

Luciano was very kind and helpful. We had Sicily pastry for breakfast which was very nice. The room was spacious, equipped with a TV and AC. Around 25 min to the center walking, but not difficult path. We enjoyed our stay and would return!
