The blind in the bedroom did not open to the top, making it difficult to open the doors to the balcony to let the lovely breeze inside. The lift was broken the day of our stay and we had a lot of heavy luggage to carry up to the 2nd floor. Despite this situation, we could not be accommodated on a lower floor.

The pool was beautiful so was the scenery, plus private parking. Breakfast didn't have too many options but perfect for vegetarians. Amazing fresh fruit and milk, kind staff and beautiful hotel. The room is a bit small but it comes with a balcony. Cheap vending machines for snacks and good mini fridge in room and lots of closet space. Clean bathroom with good facilities. That the room was a bit small

We stayed here for one night before a visit to Mount Etna. It was a 40 minute drive for us next day which was perfect. Breakfast was a simple buffet but plenty to choose from. The staff were very helpful, the hotel was very modern and clean, plenty of parking. There is a nice pool (not heated) and a lovely area to sit outside in the sun, it was about a 20 minute walk into the small town for bars/restaurants.

Nothing, it had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Best breakfast we had on our 10 day tour of Sicily. Staff were wonderful, the place was spotlessly clean. The onsite restaurant is good, with excellent service. Bed was comfortable. Parking was fairly convenient.

Biancavilla was forgettable, though fairly convenient for trips to Etna. The room was dark and not well ventilated, though there was heat and AC.

Helpful staff with a great reception, easy access to the parking and room assignment, provided recommendations for dinner and accommodated an early departure with some advanced breakfast items. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Some restaurants a short walk away, but not much shopping so if you need ammenities you should plan ahead.

This is the second time in this hotel and I love it - tasty breakfast, very friendly staff and spotless clean rooms with secured gated private parking which for me was a bonus since I was traveling by car

Everything was perfect in this hotel , friendly and helpful staff , delicious breakfast, very clean room and free private parking. We also got a free room upgrade which was a bonus too.

We were near a nice restaurant and a few coffee shops. Also, a nice pizza place was 8 minutes walk away.
