We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and had a good experience. It was extremely clean and well kept and staff were friendly. The bedroom had all the amenities we needed and was spacious and the pool area was beautiful and quiet in the day. Views of Etna were stunning. We always found car parking, even when the hotel was busy- which was due to the popularity of the restaurant in the evening. A car is required at this location as there are no shops or restaurants within a few minutes. Adrano was around a 15 minute drive and Catania around 30 minutes. The choice at breakfast was good and always fresh, however it seemed unusual to us that we had to tick our breakfast choices on a card at arrival. So we had the same breakfast each day. However we did ask to change our chosen time on the last morning and the staff were happy to accommodate.

We knew that our criteria for having a pool in a quiet location would mean we were not in a town. Although we were happy with this, others without transport may want to reconsider.

We chose this hotel for the last 2 nights of our holiday as it was close to Etna and Catania airport. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. We had a lovely dinner there on both nights, once in the pizza bistro and once in the restaurant by the pool. The food in each was lovely and well priced for what we got. The pool was a bonus and was never busy when we were there. The rooms were a good size with air-conditioning and ensuites.

Our rooms said they had a mountain view, which I assumed was Etna, but from one side, it was hard to get a good view. I would recommend asking for a room in the right hand side (numbers 1 to 5 I think, so 101 etc). The breakfast was ok.

We booked this hotel the day prior to get closer to Catania airport for the last night of our trip. It was exactly what we needed to relax before the long flight back to the US. After a five hour quad tour to Mt Etna we spent the afternoon sitting at the pool admiring the beautiful view of Etna in the background. It was so nice not having to leave the property for dinner. We chose to eat at Berso. The food was fabulous and I almost wish we had another night to try the dinner at the pool. As Americans spoiled by our air conditioning we felt this was the coolest room we stayed in during our 10 day stay.

The hotel is 15 minutes away by car to Etnapolis Shopping centre and Entaland. It is 1 hour away by car from Sicilia outlet village. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurants is excellent and tasty for exceptional value. The owner of the property is always around ensuring guests are happy and comfortable. The room had air conditioning which takes a while to be felt given the extreme heat outside, but we have had worse in sicily. Will definitely stay here again

A/c can be a little stronger. Maybe a fan in the room will then make it perfect a little cost to the property

This was a very charming hotel that was very well maintained and kept very clean. The bedroom was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff without exception were very good. The food in the evening was excellent. Although we were given a breakfast menu the night before for our breakfast requirements, the staff were flexible if you changed our mind.

The location is not great and there was no where to walk too in the evening, therefore a car is definitely needed. In the bedroom there was no draws for our clothes and a lack of hangers in the wardrobe.

Exceptional from start to finish. Close to Etnaland just a short drive. Clean. Staff wonderful. FOOD AMAZING we ate there on arrival near beautiful ambient by the pool and again before going to theme park in evening the next day at their restaurant. Breakfast top too. Everything so fresh. Views from balcony amazing. Car park available right in front of hotel in their private parking. Hairdryer good so no need to bring your own. We shall definitely be back especially for the amazing food and top location

Everything was perfect. One may want to bring a portable kettle and iron though and tea/ coffee etc if you like that cuppa in your room

It was OK but could be better like a small jug of cold milk for the cearal.

The hot food could be warmer. Also the new sunbeds you have to reserve the beds and it's a 120.euros for the ones with the jacuzzi per day and the other beds with the thick mattress is 40 euros per day the others are free. And so are the ones on the beach. But there is no information to say how much these are on the Web site or in the hotel as my husband has a bad back and the new beds are a nice shape but my husband found them hard to get off the beds so we thought to try the higher beds and was charged 40.euros but we only stayed for a few hours as my son came and picked us up to spend time with the grandkids.

This is a beautiful classy hotel very close to Mount Etna, which can be seen from most of the rooms and the swimming pool. The food and breakfast they serve in the hotel are great and the staff is super kind. It's far from any city activity so I would only recommend it to people with their own mobility. The beers are cold, which is not common in the whole Sicilia.

I would definitely cut the privet hedge a little bit lower so you can see the Mount Etna from inside the pool or the terrace dinner tables. Beside the hotel, there's a reception house in which the night we stayed was an incredibly annoying party animator screaming for hours.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing break. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and great quality. The restaurant offered delicious meals and a nice atmosphere. I also had the chance to enjoy the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
