Good place in the city. Car can be parked free in near street. Very clean, towels and bedsheets exchanged daily. Good value for money. Same day I saw other guesthouses. At the same price that hotel more higher quality in everything. I decided to take place nearer Etna. There was only one option this hotel at such level in all. Also I love breakfast time 6.30.

Breakfast more less Continental. For people from abroat better to be noticed that...I know that comparing to other questhouses this place are better in everything also breakfast is better. But I am not Italian - espresso plus croisan is not a breakfast... so usually I expect some fresh bread, ham or egg and vegetables or fruits. I asked for some eggs and lady cooked to me. Thanks a lot. But bread slices was from packages like from donation to africa poor people....neverless 200m uphill seems that is place there fress bread are cooked. Some small ideas has to be put there to make breakfast more tasty and not left Continental style.

Excellent coffee/breakfast provided. Excellent staff, 24 hour availability.

Online amenities kind of misleading, no bar or restaurant. Not crucial, but it did persuade me to book based on thinking I would have everything “in house”.

It was very comfortable, very convenient to go hiking in Etna the next day and the staff was very lovely.

The breakfast is a bit poor, but I guess breakfast is the only meal that Italians are not very good with in general.

The fridge is not cooling, the shower is too small, and no hand shower overhead only. The breakfast was very basic.

Zero soundproofing, it makes no difference if the windows are open or closed, rooms facing the street should be avoided.

This was a stay to attend an event and ensure that I didn't need to drive that night. Biggest issue is the lack of dedicated parking and the inability for cabs to be called for guests.
