We had a very pleasant stay at Blanc Maison Etna, a hidden gem in Nicolosi. The property is beautifully decorated, and from the moment you pass through the entrance gate, it feels like a peaceful retreat. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a view of the lovely garden at the back. Breakfast is freshly made each morning, with clear attention to detail and quality. The entire property is thoughtfully designed to ensure guests feel relaxed and at ease. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The staff provided us with valuable information about Mount Etna and recommended a fantastic restaurant, La Trattoria del Siciliano, where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner paired with local Etna wine. Overall, it was a great experience, with the unique and intimate ambiance that defines Relais & Châteaux properties.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation is truly beautiful, thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The rooms are tastefully furnished, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious and well-prepared breakfast. The location is simply stunning, offering breathtaking views of Mount Etna. The host was exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more — highly recommended!

Beautiful decor, very clean rooms and outdoor area. The room and ensuite were very big and we were very comfortable (2 adults and 2 children). Breakfast selection is limited but very good, everything is freshly made. The staff is very friendly and the receptionist is exceptional. She sent us tips and places to go via WhatsApp which was very helpful. I would definitely stay again if going to Catania or close to Etna.

You need a car as the place is not within walking distance from Nicolosi. Other than that we loved our stay and have nothing but praise.

The property is beautifully decorated. Once you pass through the entrance gates it feels like stepping into a fairytale. The rooms are large and comfortable and each one of them leads directly to the beautiful gardens and pool area at the back. Breakfast is freshly and genuinely made each morning. It shows that everything is made with love and no detail is spared to make the guests feel comfortable. We will certainly return to this small paradise.

Amazing place with a lovely garden/pool area. Wonderful staff, mainly spoke Italian which we don't, but problem solved anyway. Safe parking inside the gate. We were allowed to stay at the poolarea even after checkout. Lovely breakfast. Great spot for Etna excursions. Giordana who is in charge speaks good english and will assist you with everything you need, use whatsapp to reach her. Pool still open (closes for the season soon). The room had a nice cool temperature (since the hotel is at approximately 700 m above sea level the general outdoor temperature is lower than at sealevel).

The walk to the village means that you follow a road with small or non-existing path to walk on and traffic is a bit rough.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, bright and airy with beautiful decor. Our room was very comfortable with access to the garden. Breakfast was great and the staff were cheerful and helpful, especially with helping with places to visit, Etna and Taormina, and recommendations for restaurants which were delicious.

The hot water took a long time to come through and we found exiting from the main gate access difficult because of poor visibility. Two small criticisms

Great breakfast, helpful staff, excellent front desk, we loved Marina. And you can communicate with WhatsApp, great for travellers from USA or wherever long distance phone charges would apply.

Should not have to pay for pool towels. Hard to get transportation if you are not driving your own car. Taxis come from Catania, 30 minutes away.

The room was nice and large with cute terrace and view at the garden and pool. The garden was very nice and green with lots of flowers. The birds in the aviary were very cute. It was well decorated into a rose-theme. After cleaning the room would smell like roses. The shower was large and spacious, but the water spray could be better (just a clean with cleaning vinegar and it should fine). Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We slept very well! There's enough storage for clothing Breakfast was good and coffee and tea were great. Sweet personnel, very helpfull with information on locations to eat and excursions to the Etna. Location was central to visit Catania, Siracusa, Taormina and the Etna.

For dinner you really need a car to drive into town. As we don't necessarely drink alcohol, it wasn't a big issue for us, but I can imagine that if you fancy a drink for dinner, you need to take this into consideration.

In a picturesque environment a beautiful guesthouse. Countryside decoration to the last detail, gentle warm and accommodating staff. Room spacious, very clean, made every day. Top rated facilities and amenities. Beautiful garden Ideal for relaxation and a swimming pool that makes the difference in a hot day. Overall, it has all the features for a dream holiday.
