Breakfast was ok, but only continental. Location. Friendly Staff. Clean Room.

Our room was on the first floor (carrying a Heavy Suitcase up a Flight of Stairs. No Tea/Coffee facilities in the Room. No English Speaking Channels. Would have been nice to have: Eggs, Bacon, Sausages, Toast, Baked Beans for Breakfast.

Good welcome and very friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Copious breakfast buffet in pleasant dining room. I liked the old-fashioned feel. Good position - all facilities within walking distance.

There is a lot of traffic noise on the main road outside. Bed ok but there's room for improvement.

Beautiful location on the edge of town and only a short walk to the entrance to the national park. Anyone, planning to do the Etna Parkrun, it's perfect - about 20 minute walk to the start. Excellent breakfast and very welcoming staff - greeting us with a Limoncello when we came back form dinner in the town centre.

The hotel was perfectly located, staff friendly and available with a great politeness. They offer a specific gluten-free breakfast for my sister and they give us advices for tours and restaurants. Perfectly clean and comfortable.

The shower a bit small, but nothing serious to criticise :)

The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from the main square, and they have a parking on the back which make it easy to park your car, as otherwise you would have to pay for the parking since it is in the city center, and there are very good restaurants around.

That the hotel staff made you feel like you are at home

Lovely old style hotel with great people. Half way to Mt Etna and a good place to stop after a late flight and hire car pick up. Breakfast was a good mix of things and plenty of it. Great value for money. Also, 2 good restaurants within a 100 meters. Parking off street was a bonus.

Breakfast was oke, especially for Italie. The staff was very friendly. There english was reasonable. There were good restaurants nearbye. A lot of parking space.

Has an old world charm. Clean, spacious rooms. On site parking. close to town, shops convenience store and restaurants. 30 min drive to Etna. Good breakfast
