Nice and quiete location, good place if you are headed towards Etna. Refrigerator was missing in the room, but it was replaced next day after my inquiery.

Private parking is not provided although it was stated in the description. I had to park my car on the street nearby. It is free and I found a spot rather easily, but this might not be the case during high touristic season. The host was communicating via Booking in Italian, and I had to translate it on my side.

A modern, quiet apartment close to the center of Nicolosi, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafes. Within short driving distance (less than 30 mins) to Refugio Sapienza, the starting point for exploring Mt Etna. Great value for money - very affordable for what you get. Breakfast included. Parking included.

When multiple rooms are occupied, some guests may inadvertently bolt-lock the outside door. It would be useful to put a sign saying "Do not touch!".

The property is very new, very clean and nice. Location is perfect very close to main road with good access to restaurants. There was also parking on the premesis which we liked alot. The host was amazing and very helpful

Our stay was breakfast included but its not completely true. Every breakfast we took i had to pay money. It wasn’t fully included i had to pay part of it. also the breakfast was not on the location of the appartment but i had to go other place for breakfast which i found it a bit inconvinient.

Wonderful hospitality from Jenny and her husband Giuseppe. Our room had a small terrace and good sized ensuite bathroom and was spotlessly clean. Complimentary bottled water, juices and biscuits were provided. There was a small fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was amazing and included home made cakes and tarts, pistachio, chocolate and custard croissants and numerous other local pastries, cheese, ham and salami, fresh fruit and lovely tea and expresso coffee. There was also onsite parking which was a bonus and local restaurant recommendations.

The host was very welcoming and gave us useful information on the city and the Etna area. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the main street, the room is nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and quite.

There is no private parking and the street is very narrow. We did not have breakfast in the structure, probably because of low season, but a basic breakfast in a nearby café, although it was very good.

The room had a “wow effect”, it is one or two classes better than other rooms in the 50-70E range which we stayed in. It was very clean and it has a logical and well thought-out design. The breakfasts were excellent and the host very nice.

Not really a negative, but room service was a bit of a surprise (not sure, maybe it was written somewhere and I just didn’t pay enough attention). And just a minor imperfection, there seemed to be some issue with water pump, the tap water current alternated between weaker and stronger.

This location is spotless, so clean and comfortable. Our host was lovely. It is just down the street from the Piazza which is such an incredible spot to hang out, grab dinner or go for drinks. There are many restaurants nearby as well.

Everything. The modern, clean en pratical room (Sofia) with a large balcony. The host Jenny was super friendly. The breakfast was far too much for 2 persons but it was great. Jenny thanks for your kindness and service/help.

We were pleased with everything from the moment we arrived. Jenny is a fantastic host. We felt like home away from home. Breakfast is really fresh and well assorted. La grotta B&B deserves all 5 stars and more.

Jenny was a great host, she was very accommodating and gave us a lot of useful information and food recommendations. The room was very clean and the whole b&b is very cozy!
