We enjoyed the B&B. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the city centre. The breakfast was good and the hosts were really helpful and entertaining. The hosts can e.g. book you a day-trip to the Etna. And we were driven to the airport to get our rental car, which was super nice (and cheaper than a taxi would have been). A great accomodation if you want to visit Catania for a couple of days.

-in our bathroom (specchi-room), a piece of furniture or sth else for storage would have been helpful. we had to place some of our cosmetics on the floor -our room was quite loud at the night. it's the traffic from outside, so there is nothing the hosts can do about it. you should just know that it's not a quiet quarter of Catania

The room was very spacious and clean. We had the suite where the bathroom even had a double shower, which was very nice. Besides that everything you need was available in the room, like extra pillow, blankets, bathroom amenities etc.

In the evening there is a lot of noise in the street since it is a barbecue restaurants street where the owners shout till late in the evening. Furthermore, the wifi did not work very well and the breakfast could have had some more healthy options. Also most of the food at the breakfast was not available anymore, even when we were one of the first coming for breakfast.

The accommodation was nicely renovated inside, the room is comfortable, the bathroom is decorative. The room was equipped with everything you need. The breakfast had an almost family atmosphere, with many delicacies on offer and an excellent cappuccino, which the owner personally prepared for everyone. (No omelets and sausages, but we didn't miss them either.) Renata helped a lot with tips, suggestions, program bookings, we are really grateful for her.

The small street is busy in the evening, despite the well-insulating windows, the noise of the street can be heard to some extent, but I think this can be said for most of Catania.

Great service. The hotel is (presumably) family-run and everyone in the staff is very friendly. They gave us great recommendations on where to eat, what to see and what to do, aswell as offering to help us book tables, call for taxis and other good-to-have services. Room was tidy and clean. Aircondition in the room was very good. Spacious shower and toilet. Hotel is in near vicinity of the «main street» going from the Basilica and North towards Villa Bellini. TL:DR: friendly and helpful staff, good standard in the room, placed only few blocks from main shopping street and Villa Bellini.

Some noise from the BBQ street outside, but nothing seriously annoying.

Great suite room with double deck shower. Immaculate. Generous breakfast.

Location was good but not as great as we were hoping (as in: not in the very immediate centre of the city). Room was brand-new, so few minor things still need to be tweaked for example more toiletries should be given, a bin in the room. Long flight of stairs right at the entrance (not ideal if you carry large luggage). Entrance not immediately noticeable from the road. A note that people should be wary that as the double deck walk-in shower is very large it is not unlikely to knock the head on the shower tap 😞

We liked the size of the room and the floor-to-ceiling size of the balcony door. Lots of light coming through into the room. We didn't realize how close and beautiful Giardino Bellini was until the last evening. The hotel location was also very close to Via Etnea from there.

There were several restaurants across the street. If seating on the balcony, it could be unpleasant during certain time of the day from the ventilation of those restaurants.

Large comfortable rooms Roomy shower and modern facilities. Good breakfast. Renata was great with communication and check in. The gentleman who hosted us at breakfast was hilarious and couldn’t do enough to make us feel comfortable

A bit noisy. Property is located in a street full of bbq restaurants. One in particular across the road had a very loud spruiker out the front to encourage diners that seemed to go on until very late. It’s also on a very busy main road

Salvatore and his family were a great host, we had a lovely stay in a really great room (double shower!!) Good Restaurant Recommendations. We Had the pleasure to have half an hour with Salvatore after breakfast who should alternatively have chosen a career path as a comedian - Super fun guy. We also learned a lot about Catania and Catanians in the discussipn. Thanks again!!

The showers are incredible there! We had two showers right next to each other in our premium cabin and it was amazing! We also had two sinks next to each other which again we really appreciated. The bedroom was simple but lovely, and so big. Lots of space! It was very clean and though on a busy street, I never noticed the noise outside. It was really great! The breakfast was also good, lots to choose from and very tasty!

Everything! It was immaculately clean, breakfast was more than ample, and staff was wonderful! I especially enjoyed conversing with Renata every morning. She really made our stay special! The location was great, close to main square. We were in walking distance from restaurants. The grill restaurant across the street was amazing!
