The hotel has a good quality of interior and beautiful view to the port. Rooms are comfortable and there are few delicious restaurants around. We highly recommend “Stella Maris”. Free parking in the yard.

Instant coffee in the room, no welcome water. We were not allowed to bring our morning espresso to the room, because according to the “rules”, it should be done by room service. The espresso costs 2€ and the addition charge is 2.50€ to drink your morning coffee at your terrace. Ok, accept this, but leaves bad taste in your mouth.

Fantastic hotel in Catanzaro Lido....IMO the best in the town...we have stayed here many times over the years. The location is fantastic by the port with sea views, the beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms spotlessly clean....very generous breakfast & secure on site parking. The staff are very friendly & professional. They also helped us organise in advance beach umbrellas & sun loungers at the nearby beach.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Perla del Porto: the location is perfect, the room was very clean, staff was friendly and all facilities you would expect from a good hotel were available and perfectly laid out for us. The fact the hotel had a private parking space at the back of its building was an extra plus for us. We will surely be back!

Transport to and from hotel tricky .Best to have a car .The train station is a 30 min walk away .Buses do run to and fro - timings variable.

The view first of all. Then the room size. Very clean and airy. Breakfast staff very very kind and polite. All reception staff very helpful

You need to check when you book that you don't book the Annex as that is a basement (although very big and luxurious) and it has no view.

The breakfast is simple but it worth the money (6 euro) and the cappuccino is fantastic. The location is also perfect, close to many restaurant choices. The restaurant of the hotel is also excellent.

It was a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Staff is great. But we only spoke English and it was very hard to communicate with the staff because no one really spoke English… You need an Italian speaking person with you completely understand what’s going

When we booked this hotel it would’ve been nice to know that the restaurant is not open on Sunday night which was one of the nights that we stayed and we had to venture out and go find something to eat in the dark

The hotel is wonderful. Our room overlooked the harbour...we had a nice little balcony & the room was very comfortable and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast is very generous with a good selection of foods on offer. The coffees are freshly made for you.

Comfortable room, good choice of breakfast. Located close to a marina with shops within walking distance. Short taxi journey from railway station. Staff were very helpful and informative. Good food on offer in restaurant.
