Safe parking, kind working staff, great variety for breakfast, big gluten free variety a very nice surprise for me as I am celiatik, thank you for a lovely croissant.

Not everything that is written about the hotel is there, no swimming pool, no bathrobes..... only 1 glass in the room ( we were 3 people)

Beautiful new and super furnished hotel, very friendly staff at the reception, lots of space, spacious entrance area. Lots of parking and very clean and well-kept outdoor area. very comfortable beds and large rooms and very large bathroom with a nice large shower, everything that is necessary is there, the air conditioning is super quiet and works perfectly, the rooms can be darkened very well and despite the proximity to the expressway you can hardly hear anything, very good Window.

unfortunately the roof terrace was not open when I was there would have liked to have visited it.

Appeared new. Friendly, clean. The bed was very comfortable! On our drive around Southern Italy, we've been staying at B&Bs, which are wonderful, but since we couldn't find any in this area that matched our needs, we tried this hotel. Very satisfied with it and it was a nice change. Free parking on site was perfect. We decided to pay the extra 10E for breakfast and were happy we did. Quick, easy, well presented, and a very nice selection of both savory and sweet foods

The hot water was not very hot. It was just warm and adequate to shower. I would question this before booking again. I didn't say anything to them since we were there only one night. I don't know if there was a problem or if they always keep the water temperature that low.

The team is wonderful. Even it is an hotel, you are getting a homely feeling. The team helping you for any requests with a smile. The restaurant are perfect. Limited but tasty menu. I'm recommend for this hotel.

Staff were very nice and hotel Very clean . Although the location is in a high way road the rooms are sound proof.

The only thing that bothers us is the ac as we could not make it in cool , and we went to reception she told us the it is programmed and she can’t change

Great value for money. Close to the university and policlinic. Excellent taxi service to visit attractions (p.ex Scolacium). Close distance to Lido. Highly recommended!

The rooms are so spacious with wonderful natural light. We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony and we were extremely impressed with how clean the entire hotel is.

Very good location whilst working at the local University. Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms & great restaurant.

Long wait for the lift, but I used the stairs easily enough.

The rooms were great however, the internet did not work for half the hotel which was known for at least a week if not more per the front desk but yet had not been fixed and hotel did not have any other options to remedy the issue nor compelled to offer any type of alternate amenity (comp breakfast).

The staff were so attentive and accommodating to my wifes needs as a blind person. Room was lovely, and the perfect location for my trip to the university.
