The staff was very friendly and competent. The whole place was clean and professionally taken care of.

It can get loud at night due to the great location so I recommend using white noise via an app like Spotify.

The most friendly staff ever. Located right next to the beach with caffeteria/bar right under the residence. Cosy city. Perfect as it combines a hotel with an apartment.

Location was great, right in the city center and next to beach. Great terrace with pines gives some more privacy and nice view. Apartment had plenty of space and one window to the pool to check the kids.

I'd use some more space or cupboard for groceries.

Location, Location, Location! Feet from the beach and right on the main strip, plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from.

The AC unit was not working; it was cool at night but since it is in the middle of the action it is loud till late at night. The staff was working on getting it resolved, but it didn’t happen in the two days we were there.

I loved the fact that we had a kitchen to cook as our little girl is allergic to lots of things. Also, the staff was great willing to help us even when we got muddled up with few administrative issues. The coffee and the croissants at the bar were very tasty. The rooms were clean, they had a push chair to barrow on no extra cost and the location was excelent. Everything was top notch.

I would have loved to have the bedding and towels changed more often. However, I found out on the day we left that we could have had all this done if we paid more. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't opened on the day we arrived. It opened middle to end of the week. It wasn't a huge issue for us as we got to spend 2 days in a pool.
