Hotel staff super friendly and helpful Travelled with our dog and they made us feel all very welcome Excellent breakfast - the Ferragosto breakfast was probably the best I've experienced Some hotel guests were not following the pool rules - as communicated to all - and Hotel staff managed the situation very well, professionally and fairly - well done!

The Luxor is welcoming from the minute you walk in the entrance. Staff are all friendly and fabulous, the decor is fresh and perfect for a beach holiday. It was a simple walk from the 'back door' to the sun loungers on the beach. Walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. Just perfect!

There was nothing we didn't like about this place, it was so relaxing and friendly.

The hotel has the best breakfast we have ever seen. So many choices of food. Beautiful presentation with a personal touch. And everything very fresh and tasteful. The room and bathroom was very nice and clean. The staff of this family owned hotel was very friendly and helpfull. 5 star hotel service. The hotel serves local brands of tastefull beers. Nice restaurants within a short walking distance.

Everything! My husband and I loved the place! In case we go back to Cattolica, we’re definitely staying in the same hotel! The breakfast was incredible !

The young female receptionist during check in. A couple of people from a group were checking in before us and people of this group kept coming and she kept skipping us to check in even the people coming after us. It’s the first time I had to wait for about half an hour to check in. Unacceptable.

Wonderful breakfast, very friendly people at the reception and the breakfast buffet, great value for money.

The shower temperature varied between piping hot and freezing cold which made showering rather uncomfortable (room 110). Also, the air in the room was bad (however, the AC did its job quite well). Additionally, one guest screamed several times during our first night (obviously, that’s not the hotels fault).

Beautiful hotel, absolutely Stunning Sea View room. made even better with the lovely staff especially Paolo who couldn’t do enough for us . Unfortunately we couldn’t use the full facilities as our schedule was so tight . Will definitely return to this amazing hotel on next Visit to Cattolica . Thank you xx

There was nothing to dislike

Clean, helpful friendly staff, wonderful buffet breakfast options, right on the beach. Shuttle parking to a compound. Few minutes in a minibus. Easy and arranged at our convenience. There was the option of paying more and getting underground hotel parking. Not needed for us.

it was a boutique hotel in the typical sense if the word. it was not huge, giving space to individual attention. the manager and staff took the time to greet you and speak to you, they attended to any wishes or suggestions.

our room was in the 5th floor and rather small, it had a small balcony area but only the balcony door and no other window. there was a problem with sine ants.

The Deluxe room is outstanding. For Italy, this hotel meets the 4+ star standard. The staff is responsive, and the breakfast is excellent and unique; the chef truly puts in effort. We will definitely return.

The hotel has a beach view and it is basically next to the boardwalk. Two blocks in the other direction, you have a nice pedestrian road (Via Dante) with many shops and restaurants. The vibe is specially good at night but during the day you can also easily walk to the Aquarium, lighthouses, etc.

The hotel parking lot was full so I had to park about 1 km away. There is a shuttle service (free of charge) to take you to the parking lot and back, but I would have preferred having my car easily available....next time, will have to book parking beforehand.
