Good location not far from the beach and restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a plus. Breakfast is ok. The room is nice with a balcony. The mattress was a bit hard. Good Airco. But in the bathroom the fan makes a noise like the engines of an airplane starting up.

Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful, they made everything they could to make us comfortable. Breakfast is good, always fresh food.

The room needs a bit of refurbishment, only the air con was renewed recently. Not great in regards to cleaning, both of the room and the shared spaces. We could not keep the windows open because of the mosquitos, even though we kept everything closed, it was a tortures all the nights.

The hotel is refurbished, reopened probably in spring 2022, there is mix of new equipment and very old (used) details. The beds were very comfortable, there was OK space (the apartment wasn't too tiny), there was completely new kitchen equipment (but not clean enough). The aircondition works well.

The floor in the room was not mopped. The kitchen equipment was not clean. The renovation was very strange - the furniture is completely new, but they left old tiles in the kitchen (with holes from old tap), all doors are from 70's and wasn't able to close door to the bathroom. In the kitchen there is new ventilator, but switch was 40 years old and strange.

Location is good. Not too far and not too close from the beach.

There was some poo on the bottom of the pool by the second day.

Perfect location - close to main promenade to see. Air conditioner in room. Quiet neighborhood. Private parking.

Not working elevator - not easy carry suitcases to third floor by stares. Pool was mentioned as service, but was closed for cleaning three days of our six days stay. Rooms was not so nice as you can expect in 4 stars apartment. Not big enough for really 4 visitors. For 2 adults and 2 children was pretty tight.

Only what I liked: staff is kind. PERIOD! THAT'S ALL!!

I feel completely deceived by this hotel and strongly advise everyone to stay away. Here's a full list of unacceptable issues we experienced: 1. Elevator out of service – not working the entire time, which made things very difficult, especially with luggage or for anyone with mobility issues. We were on the top floor, and my wife is pregnant, it was exhausting and unacceptable. But hey, a bit of forced fitness never hurt anyone, right? 2. Balcony unusable – pigeons constantly roosting and defecating everywhere. You can't hang clothes, sit outside, or enjoy the view. Absolutely disgusting. 3. Dirty swimming pool – here also comes funny part: they demand you wear a swim cap! Seriously?! Check the photos I posted – you’ll see real algae growing at the bottom of the pool. Pool was the main reason why I booked this hotel, to avoid visiting beaches every day with 2-year old kid and pregnant woman. 4. No swim caps available – despite requiring them, they don’t sell any on-site. We were told to “go find them in the city.” 5. Kitchen usage costs extra 40€ – Not clearly mentioned during booking. Later, I noticed it buried in the “additional information” section. Free lesson: ALWAYS read everything, even the fine print. Don’t make the same mistake I did. 6. Parking scam – my second mistake: they charge €10/day for parking, while free public parking is available right in front of the hotel. Of course, they won’t tell you that. 7. No hand soap – basic hygiene items missing from the bathroom. Seriously? 8. No playground for kids – They advertised one with a photo on Booking, but there is NO playground at all. Just another lie. 9. Bar is closed – Not a word about this anywhere on Booking. This place felt like a tourist trap from the moment we arrived. Everything is either broken, missing, or falsely advertised. I left angry, disappointed, and feeling tricked. Do yourself a favor and choose literally anywhere else.
