Friendly and professional staff, always on hand, and service delivered with a smile. Size and space of actual room. Decent bathroom, with excellent water pressure in the shower cubicle. Stayed there for three nights,had an excellent sleep each night.Soundproofing,double-glazing and air-conditioning all worked,no obtrusive noises at night. Cleanliness of room, and of the overall establishment, was immaculate. Location of hotel: a mere two minutes straight walk from the rail station,centrally located for all the main eating and retail establishments of the town, everything literally on your doorstep, yet very quiet and safe at night. Would recommend, without hesitation.

Clean & comfortable hotel in the center of Cecina, very close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. There's a bus every half hour or so to the beaches at Marina di Cecina. Or, it's a nice 30 minute walk under large, shady, pine trees. Even in the summer heat, it's an easy walk - and worth it cause the beach area is great! Also just 20 minute drive to Bolgheri and all the amazing vineyards. Check out Castagneto Carducci - a beautiful medieval town, close by. Good breakfast, nice staff, and the air conditioning in the room works well! Also plenty of free parking near the hotel, even during peak summer season.

The shower in the single room is a bit difficult to enter, as you have to step over the toilet.

Room was ok and beds very comfortable, but a little bit tight for two, maybe because of the two separate single beds.

As i marked out above it was excellent! And it was according to my expectations. The location is perfect, the breakfast was fine- the cappucino I had was great! Thank for the bottle with water I have on the desk! The terrace was good to have access to!

It was a bit too warm but it was my decision to not use the air conditioner!

It was a quick action cuz I needed to stay a night, staff was really kind and friendly, it was great and even breakfast is included, it was nice stayin the night there
