Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. Fantastic location. I had one of the older rooms (free upgrade to a double) which was large with lots of storage but quite dated, especially the bathroom which didn't have a bidet and had a shower curtain so the bathroom floor was always wet after a shower. My family had a nice newer room, a triple, and the third bed was also comfortable (often the third bed isn't great but in this case it was well done). Their bathroom was very nice with a big shower cubicle but they only had a wardrobe with very few hangers and NO DRAWERS!!! I would definitely stay here again but I'd request a refurbished room. If they added more storage (and hangers!) and refurbished all the rooms it would be excellent.

They need to finish refurbishing all the rooms, especially the bathrooms, and add more storage.

Great location, nearby are the stunning seaside views where you can enjoy the sunset. The hotel has also nice terrace on the roof. Room was small but clean. There woman on the reception spoke great English and was very helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, has a good choice but not self served.

Rooms are not noise isolated.

I got one of the rooms that was not renovated yet. Not very soundproof out to the hallway, the rooms are clean but in very poor conditions.

Our room was newly decorated. The colour scheme was good, with windows on two sides. The bathroom was a good size, too. The breakfast was really good with an excellent choice of products. The position of the hotel is between the beach/sea side area and the town restaurants and bars.

Nice small hotel with very nice, heartwarming and helpful personnel. The building is not new, but well maintained and tidy. The owner is a patisseur and they receive fresh sweet bakery products for breakfast - an absolute win. The hotel is located a 5 minutes walk to two different beaches, several cafés, restaurants and a supermarket. We enjoyed our stay with our family of six.

Nice enviroment, and truly Toscan atmospher. Super clean!!!!! Really close to the Railway Station and to the Beach, very comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and all of these for a reasonable price! Amazingly nice staff. I definetely will go back!

Just a tiny thing, there are no towel rack in the Bathroom, though I could managed it.

Everything was fine and the contact with the hotel was super. Very good breakfast, comfortable beds and nice localization.

We had to spend the night spontaneously in Castiglioncello. After the day in the sun we were glad to have a good shower and air conditioner in the room. The staff was very nice and helpful and even prepared a sweet take away breakfast because we had to leave very early.
