Authentic renovated 19th century villa. Really what you would imagine out of the place like this. 4 meter high ceilings, wooden furniture perfect for the interior. Lots of artefacts, pictures and similar stuff in the hallways - almost like in museum. Super friendly staff - cheers to everyone! The breakfast is "sweet", but enough to feel you for half a day - croissants and other bakery, bread with ham and cheese, müsli with joghurt, some fruits, coffee (German pre-cooked variation). They even have they own-brand packaged pasta that can be bought as a souvenir which stems from the villa's agricultural past (and present).

A bit on outskirts - won't be too comfortable without the car, as Italy doesn't have pedestrian walkways in such places. So you would have to walk/run on the road.

The host and staff are super friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay, though it was way too short. After a very long trip we've had a great dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast was well organized and both dinner and breakfast were available glutenfree, which is a big plus when you have three coeliacs in the family. On our day of departure (when we mentioned our daughter's love for history) our host gave us a history tour inn parts of the villa and on the property. When we return to Tuscany, we will stay longer in Villa Graziani for sure.

The beds were a bit too hard for my taste, but that's all.

Amazing location, short distance to Vada and to lots of lovely beaches. Absolutely stunning building and rooms, all very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, it is not a 24 hour reception, but they are very cosy about that when you check in and they left details of any local facilities we might need in the room. We even borrowed some bikes and had a great few days exploring the local network of bike routes!

An incredibly charming villa in the unrivaled Tuscany. A lot of pleasure, despite the short stay. I would happily stay here again.

Be prepared that they will take a deposit of 50 euros from you (which is not stated on the booking form), which will be returned on the condition that you clean up after yourself (wash the dishes, take out the trash, clean up in general).

This is a beautiful villa, very rustic with a lot of character and original features. It was clean and fairly well equipped. The wi-fi worked well, and there were plenty of televisions. The table in the main kitchen / diner was amazing. The host was superb and very friendly.

Not the most comfortable beds, although I have slept on worse, so they are still OK and sheets were clean and crisp. This is a very rustic property, so it's beautiful, but it means that some features are quirky, like the staircases, which were quite tricky to get up and down. There was no washing machine, so if you are there for longer, then this may be something to consider. For us, it was not an issue. Location is OK, but you need a car as it is out of town and on/near a main road.

Absolutely stunning property. We arrived just before 8pm and left the following day at 9am due to travelling on to Rome. We all wished we had longer there! Massive table on the kitchen and great for cooking. Has everything you’d need. Bedrooms are big and plenty of bathrooms for big groups. Mezzanine bedrooms great for the kids. Only downside is no lounge (sofa/comfy seating) if staying for longer but didn’t bother us.

Romantic, authentic ancient Palazzo Super friendly & helpfull staff … super yummy breakfast … best coffee we had while traveling Tuscany … very close to the most beautiful beach of coast of Tuscany.

Missed some glasses/cups in the room. Maybe it’s time for a new mattress in room nr. 11.

Really nice place, like on the pictures we saw. Old, renovated building with a historical atmosphere. Comfortable, nice room, friendly, helpful staff.

The main road in front sometimes a bit noisy. There's no sidewalk to go to the city. An air conditioning would have been better, but I understand that the ugly boxes would ruin the picture.

Wonderful host and amazing building.

If you want modern and hotel chain comfort, you should book a west end hostel, but if you want a charming Italian castle , then this is the place for you. Visit the “ white beach” the sand is fantastic
