There was nothing to dislike. Everything was just amazing!!!!

It is a family-friendly resort perfect for a holiday with kids. It offers 3 great swimming pools, a restaurant, and a bar — everything you need in one place. The rooms are small but well-equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, air conditioning, and a terrace. A Coop and Conad supermarket are nearby. The closest beach is about 1.2 km away and you have to find the parking spot on the road or camping.

The only downside is that there’s not much happening in the immediate area — for attractions or a pleasant promenade, you’ll need to drive to Cecina.

Lovely clean accommodation. Beautiful pool area. Friendly staff. Good quality food served at lunch and evening meal. Not too far to walk to beach ( about 20 minutes)

Our safe in room 1 didn't work although the staff tried to fix it. Breakfast always went quickly and the staff were a bit slow in replenishing it. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

Private swimming pool and sunbeds area. Large patio/terrace at each room. Sufficient parking spots. The area is very new, so it's quite there but underdeveloped. Rooms and facilities are new and fresh.

Breakfast is not worth the money. Nothing's there in a walking distance., because it's outskirts. Beaches are in 5-10 minutes driving, but the biggest pain is parking as always. Rooms and the territory are very vanilla and dull.

The facility was nice, apart from the train railway passing nearby between 07:00 and 22:00. The owners were caring and welcoming.

We got a message on the afternoon we were arriving that they close check in early this time of season and cannot wait for us until 19:00. They provided keys however, as we were too far away to come earlier, and the receptionist came back when we got a problem with unlocking the door. We were not aware in advance that there is no cleaning service or bed sheets change during the stay. The service was offered against additional pay of €30-€40 per day. Also, the gravel on the alleys between the houses is not nice for walking, gets your shoes dirty, and the parking spaces were rather far for luggage or bags to be carried to and from daily. And you cannot go anywhere without car, as it is a bit remote from everything.

Great location. Close to the beach and has a restaurant. Super nice facility for children. The pools are clean and so are the rooms. It's spacious, and you have essentially your own little apartment. The staff is very friendly. We celebrated our daughter's birthday there and it was nice and accommodating.

The breakfast was good but if you came around 0930 there was little food left. We didn't know that the hotel had a shuttle to the beach. It would have been nice to know when we checked in. The rooms had ants in them, so don't leave anything out.

Apartment is super-clean, beds are very bequem,kitchen is fully equipped ,swimming pool is new and clean ,staff friendly and helpful , food in the restaurant was delicious and beautifil turquoise waters of Vada Bianca Beach just 6mins by car. We stayed in May for 2nights.

new design hotel which makes a welcome change. the craftsmanship is pretty exceptional and the windows are proper windows. thanks to good soundproofing, the night was really quiet. A nice change to the 1970 Italian style hotel scattered along the coast.finally the pool looks as good in real as on the picture. The beaches around are below average but are roughly what you would expect on this stretches of coast

I always miss the information about the fees for pets. This time it was 12€ for one night, would be nice to know the exact price before booking.
