A great room at a great location. I arrived quite late at night, and even though the reception was closed, the host was readily available via a phone call away. Moreover, I really appreciated the fact that the host allowed me to take a packed breakfast on the last day since I was leaving very early. I highly recommend this accommodation!

On my last night, the tenants in my neighbouring room kept the TV at loud volume late into the night. But that was not the property's fault.

cozy garden and nice clean rooms. Good breakfast, but not possible to get a second cup of coffie.

No glas etc in the room or in the bathroom. No acces to a kettle for making coffie or tea. There was a kettle in the kitchen area but we were strictly told not o use it, could not use it even if we wanted because there were no cups to find. And for breakfast only 1 cup of coffie, when we ask for a second cup the answer was : sorry but i already cleaned the coffie maschine

I quite liked the location as it was traditionally Italian with bars, restaurants, small shops and no fake glamour. The sea was within fairly easy reach as was a small park with magnificent trees. The location was anything but central but there were good bus connections to the station where we arrived and the port whence we departed. The property itself had an attractive outside space.

The bathroom products were very basic and the room a little small. However, I do realise that it was budget accommodation not five-star luxury. As such, it was good value for money.

Exceptionally helpful staff. We were able to safely store our bikes, along with lots of others, under the stairs. A beautifully kept back garden and a lovely place to eat our tea. Supermarket, open until 20:00 barely 200 m away. Good wi-fi.

The shower room was rather small, but then again, you get what you pay for.

Had a great overnight stay whilst on the trail of Modigliani. Dropped our bags and off for a walking tour of Livorno. Room was compact but comfy and Maria made us most welcome.... she even made us cappuccino at breakfast and called a taxi for us when time to say goodbye. Thank you Paradise Inn.

Clean room and the breakfast was ok.

The toilet flush wasn't working properly. The room is basic, a bit humid and small, but ok for one night. At first there was cigarette smell.

Breakfast was very sweet…but good. Could use more options. Nice area, services, food stores nearby also bus line to train station. Very nice yard! Cost

Wasn’t sure about the extra charge for A/C. Everything was worked out though. Owner was very nice!
