Had a very good experience. Owner was lovely, and we met her son in the morning and he called a taxi for us which was appreciated as the cab company did not understand english. We are from the US. It is not like an american bnb but similar to other european properties we have been to. We stayed one night before a cruise the next day and it was just what we wanted. It is like a 4 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of an apartment building... you share a kitchen area and each bedroom has its own lock and key, and ours had a private bathroom in the room. It is a very short walk to the shoreline and terrace. Good pizza and gelato near by. Nightime along the shore was very nice.

Getting to Livorno from Pisa airport cost us 100 Euro via taxi. This had nothing to do with the property, but the location of the town itself.

The lady who owns the apartment is extremely nice, with a high level of excellent hospitality. She suggested some places to visit to enjoy my stay at Livorno, she made me feel extremely welcomed and this is important for a tourist who's visiting the city for the first time. She ensured i like the room and walked me to it to make sure i'm ok with everything, i also had an issue while booking the room as i booked the wrong one and she did her best to get me the right room. The room was good with so many italian vibes, which i loved the most.

The price was a bit high in comparison to what i got, but it was not so expensive also.

I was accommodated in a single room and I was very satisfied. There was enough space for my belongings. The bed was nice and the quality of my sleep was great. I was on my business trip and much of the time I was out. However, in the early morning and late evening, I had to work. For this purpose, the kitchen table was convenient. I needed WiFi and it was great as well. I appreciate the opportunity to prepare my meals in the kitchen. The apartment and all facilities were clean and tidy.

There was a bit of noise from the outside, and some of the other guests were a bit loud. However, I know Livorno and its way of life. Beside this, nothing else to be added.

Everything is pretty much ok! The host is very communicative, we received clear instructions about everything. Also, if any request arises, the host is more than happy to help in very short time. We received many suggestions for activities around the city and even an early taxi to the train station was arranged for us. The room was clean, there was a shared large kitchen and dining room available, with a large fridge. The breakfast is represented by a coffee and a cookie/croissant from a cafeteria down the street. It is a good deal and of good quality, but have this in mind if you're looking for a more copious one. Really, everything is great.

There's really nothing much to complain about. Room 2 can get a little noisy in the morning because of the street traffic. There is AC available and you can close the window to attenuate the traffic sound on the street a bit. The furniture is a little vintage and may creak a bit. There are some kind of steep and narrow stairs to climb to the first floor, you may want to ask for more info in advance if you have problems climbing stairs. Nothing serious to complain about, really.

Very nice and modern accommodation on the edge of Livorno. The apartment was nice and had air conditioner! It is close to the sea, nice restaurants and shops. The owner is very nice and she helped us with the transfer to the station and we also got many recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The kitchen is shared for 4 rooms and has everything what we needed. The breakfast was in a form of voucher to very nice bakery.

Very good location, just south of city centre., very close to beach broadwalk. Many cafes, trattoria close by. Short walk to mini market. Very good communal kitchen with a wide range of clean utensils. Check in instructions and follow up by host were clear and appreciated.

Cleaning staff mid morning have loud music on.

Everything was super, the room and bathroom were clean, bed was really comfortable and clean, also there is a nice kitchen. 10 min walking and you're on the beach. Absolutely nothing bad to say

- Host was very helpful and gave tips for places to visit and/or have breakfast/lunch/dinner. - Busstation is very close. - Delicious pastry bakery quite close.

-You could hear quite some noise from the hallway, other room and the apartment above.

A really cool flat in a very orignal house but everything nicely renovated! Breakfast was in a nice Italian coffee shop!

The single room is functional and clean. It has its own small private bathroom and towels/linen are changed regularly. It is adjacent to a shared kitchen (including fridge and basic cooking facilities). The host is easy to contact in case of questions.
