We stayed over for the night in Livorno, because we took the ferry to Corsica, which meant that we had to be there very early. This hotel was one of the few hotels in Italy where we stayed where we could park our car in the garage right next to the hotel (very small, only room for 2 cars). The room was large and the bathroom also spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has an elevator, but it is really very small. It can take one person and one piece of luggage. Otherwise, there is not anything really not to like.

Staff were very helpful & friendly and to location was within easy walking distance of shops , restaurants and the old town. Secure parking was very imporant for me.

Nice, cozy hotel. We've only spent one night, so it was enough for our needs. A paid car park is in the vicinity, next to the ambulance area. Breakfast wasn't amazing but it was ok. The hotel was very clean, beds pretty comfy, bathroom was nice. It all had the charm of a 60's movie. I recommend.

I like everything about the hotel, the room, the food and the space. Everything is perfect. But I think that the most beautiful thing is the behavior of the staff, especially the man who stays all night in the lounge for you. A beautiful hotel❤️

Poor and expensive breakfast - I propose delicious croissants and coffee in the local coffee shop on main street.

Central location, close to many of the attractions, and majority of staff were friendly.

I emailed for an early check-in and hot a response email confirming the early check in so I planned my day around that, I got to the hotel and an older grumpy man said I couldn't have an early check in even though I had the confirmation email. It's dissappointing in that they could've just said no early check in - I didn't see the man again until check out 2 days later.

Very friendly staff, despite some recent bad reviews made on Google, I made good experiences with the receptionists, they were helpful and and friendly.

Aircon unit was quite noisy and not very powerful. But it was ok.

Beautiful hotel, reception and room. Really nice, helpful and good working staff. Breakfast was "classic Italy" - only sweet pastry.
