The Hotel is very well located for all parts of Pisa. Immediately impressed with the wonderful reception welcome. The staff are so polite and professional. The rooms we booked were lovely and comfortable. Breakfast is very substantive and something for everyone. A very clean and smart Hotel. We will certainly use this Hotel again, upon our return.

We stayed for one night. We liked the hotel: the location was convenient for us, there is a secure parking, and a wide variety of breakfast options. What we liked the most were the breakfasts! 😊The room was a bit small, and the shower cabin was not very comfortable. However, everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

The access to and from the shower cabin was inconvenient (my size is M😊)

We arrived at 1.30am due to a delayed flight and we were met with a very friendly and competent staff member at front of house - he was kind, efficient and swift in checking us in. The room was a good size, well air-conditioned, with a large comfy bed and a modern/clean bathroom. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, with manu options. Check out was at the reasonable time of 11am, which we appreciate. Plus, the hotel was under five minutes on foot to Pisa San Rossore station. A very good stop over hotel for exploring the local area

There was nothing that we didn't like. The only suggested improvement could be the addition of extra toiletries such as tooth paste etc and slippers.

Tamara at the desk was so very helpful in securing taxis for our big group after we have been told by the night duty desk staff there won't be enough taxis and that we have to walk to the train station with our big luggages. She went above and beyond to reassure us there will be enough taxis for everyone. Thank you Tamara!

For us to be given the right information about transportation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was good size, with a comfortable queen sized bed, good shower and very clean. We could hear the two women in the room next to us talking, but it was only in the early evening. My impression was that if the noise had continued, the front desk staff would have helped resolve it. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was good overall.

Would be great to start breakfast maybe at 7 during the week. Room was also a little warm which was odd as heat was not on. This didn't bother us too much though as we like to sleep with the window open for fresh air.

I absolutely loved everything about this Hotel, and Pisa in general. It was the most wonderful experience and I cannot wait to return! Everything about this Hotel was perfect. Staff were very Professional and kind. The room was spacious and very clean. As a vegan, I found a lot of healthy options for the Breakfast, and one cute waiter was very kind to make my vegan coffee every morning. I felt very comfortable and welcomed in this Hotel. The location is also great as it is very close to the best attractions at walking distance, and I felt very safe as a solo traveller in this beautiful City, everyone is very friendly. I slept very well in this room and enjoyed the beautiful view from my window as well. The price I paid was very good value for money, as I went in January and this is low season, and I also totally recommend to go during this Season. Quality is great and I highly recommend!

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I speak no Italian only English so I was very grateful they were able to understand me. They let us leave our luggage in the hotel whilst we explored Pisa before the check in time, booked local taxis for us and even advised on the cheapest and easiest way to get to the airport (local taxi). Air con was great and bar excellent. Breakfast has pasties and other continental items but also eggs and bacon. WiFi was free and fast.

Nice size friendly hotel clean good facilities good location and good food. Enjoyed having a bar and terrace to enjoy a drink after a long day.

Nothing we didnt like

cozy room hotel with very fluffy matress on the bed.the cabin shower is kind of a smaller for a 90kilo tourist,need to be wiser to take a good and clean wash. tipical Italy style when we're talking about space inside the bathroom.furniture is kind of "old school" ,even the fridge is starting to be rusted.for 4stars ,you gotta be kidding,right? the only good thing was the breakfast, sweedish ,i mean selfservice with variety of food for all kind of taste.stronger recommended but don't expected to be like in pictures on booking.

Hotel was clean and the staff were so welcoming and helpful! David is the chef in the restaurant and we had a great bistecca alla Fiorentino. Every restaurant attender had one and it was amazing. Also loved Neri, the bartender. What a great personality, and so much fun to watch. He really could be in commercials.

It is in a predominantly residential area, but then we found out how close extra transportation was and it made it easier to get around. We taxied.
