We stayed here 1 night. We flew into Pisa on a RyanAir flight and got in pretty late. Luckily it was cheap and easy to take a taxi from the airport, which cost us around 20 euro. The staff were super helpful and even helped us figure out how to order food delivery since it was so late for us and our 2 kids. The room was spacious, and everything was ready for us with a pull-out couch set up for the kids and our bed was in a separate room. We were able to walk to the main square about 20/25 minutes and back with no issues.

The hotel is not in the city center so we felt slightly isolated from restaurants and shops and because we got in late when it was dark, we were not sure how safe it was to walk around at night and try to find dinner. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived so we didn't get a chance to swim, but it looked wonderful.

We had a nice suite in the detached building overlooking the pool.(Number 109). It was clean, but definitely a bit run down. It certainly looks like that hotel is on the decline after the initial construction, and noone really maintains it. Like it looks very respectable at first, but when you start to pay attention, you can really see the shabbiness of stuff, and especially after reading other reviews on google etc. Basically - if you get lucky and get a decent suite - you are probably gonna be content(if not more than that) and if not - well...probably not so much. Especially since they are still clinging to a 5 star rating they probably got in 2005 or something like that.

- Just overall maintenance.We had a shelf under TV that was still somehow clinging to the wall by some miracle, just waiting to fall, and it even had cups and other things placed on it. All in all, It was still one of the better spots we had on our journey, room wise. - It's pretty far away from the centre, you will need to pass a very loud tunnel to get to the city, if you're going to go by foot. Obviously the same with getting TO the hotel from the train station.

Good location, great pool area, spacious room. Good food in the restaurant area and bar staff helpful.

Bed was quite uncomfortable and due to our room being at the back of the hotel our balcony view was a car park and houses. Breakfast wasn't great, it was okay but struggled to get a coffee (in Italy!) No remote controls in the room worked and lights didn't all work, for 2 days it didn't matter to us too much. For the price it was good.

Great location for walking to the tower which was about 20 minutes. Nice spacious rooms, comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff, lovely pool. Towels changed daily and there were essential toiletries should you need them. Free safe to put valuables in.

Some areas of the room looked a little tired.

We had an apartment and it was fantastic. So spacious with massive windows and lots of light. We were so close to the pool so it was great.

I loved everything about it. There is a bit of a walk to get to the centre but we didn’t mind it.

The location to the town is brilliant. About a 20 minute walk in a very easy direction.

Instructions on the back of the door do not make sense. It says to press a grey button to open the door but you don’t need to do this. The information from hotiday we couldn’t see translated to English.

I was specifically looking for a quiet place away from the Pisa center as it was the end of my trip and I just wanted a good night's sleep. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The staff was very nice, the room was comfy, and the restaurant was nice too. Plus, the airport was just a 10-minute taxi ride away. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Yes the property was great , ashraf and the team were great at helping us find out travel routes and opportunities. Lovely staff in the hotel from the maids to the kitchen staff. Thank you would definitely return back again

Very good and luxurious property with swimming pools And big room, I could see the Pisa tower from my room!

Not very well connected with public transport

Worth the price. Slightly far from the city center, but very confortable an quiet space.

The restaurant is a bit pricey, but not over the top.
