Easy & very short distance walk to restaurants, markets, supermarkets, train station and of course a very easy 10 minute walk to the Pisa tower and cathedral. Made great use of the trains at Pisa San Rossore to travel to other cities such as Florence, Lucca and of course into Pisa Centrale itself. (Pisa san Rossore station is a couple minutes walk from apartment) But we discovered it was only a 15-17 minute walk from the AwesHomes apartment into Pisa Central. So instead of waiting for public transport enjoy the way.

The check-in was really easy and the communication was also perfect. Everything was according to the description and also clean and tidy. It is also really close to a train station and the historic centre of Pisa.

The windows are facing quite busy road so if you are a light sleeper it might be a problem for you to fall asleep. But other than that perfect.

Very good apartments. Corresponds to what is stated on the website. It was very clean, comfortable. Special thanks for the coffee and all the kitchen utensils. Overall, great apartments.

I can't say anything about the downsides... although, the batteries in the TV remote can be changed. This is not a problem at all, but when you lie in a relaxed position, the remote doesn't work, you have to get up to switch))) but this is not a downside at all, it's just my personal opinion.

We had a lovely stay for five nights here! The room we had was lovely, nicely decorated, large, ensuite bathroom and despite being so close to the road the room was nice and quiet. Outside our window you could see the beautiful garden and it felt very quiet. We had a few nights drinking wine and eating snacks outside - it was peaceful! The host was really lovely, accommodating and very quick to respond to our messages (I sent him a few during our stay and he got back to us so quickly and was really pleasant to deal with). The cleaning staff were also very lovely and friendly. We had some plumbing issues on our room and despite being a Saturday, the host got plumbing services out within an hour. It's a a 15 minute walk from the leaning tower and about a 35 minute walk from Pisa Centrale, which was so doable - we don't mind walking. If you prefer not to walk, there is a local train station approx 5-7 minutes walk away and a supermarket there too!

There is a kitchen which is great - but there is a note that you are not meant to use it for lunch/ dinner (i.e., only use it to make breakfasts). I believe this is to do with health/safety regulations and that it's listed as a B&B so just make a note of that if you are hoping to cook all your meals at the accommodation. We also got bitten by many mosquitos (not the fault of the B&B of course) but if you are sensitive to bites, make sure you have some bug spray handy.

The room was clean and beautiful, and the property had a very nice shared kitchen where it was possible to make our own breakfast and store our food. Overall the property was perfect for us!

The bathroom became super hot during the day but we didn’t mind that as much.

Felt like we were in a Tuscan villa while just a few minutes away from center city, all the sites, and a grocery store! Wifi worked well and the garden and dining area were cute! Checking in and out was easy.

Tiny black ants in the bathroom and not being able to cook lunch or dinner. Had to search for extra toilet paper.

Great location, really close to the historic centre and a train station. Great garden! A family house atmosphere.

Air ventilation could be better because the room felt a bit damp, even during hot summer.

Some places needed a deeper cleaning

Our stay was very nice. The location is very close to the Square of Miracles. It is completely self chech-in. The house is pretty and everything was perfect for a short stay.

It's close to a tunnel road and it can be a bit noisy with the passing cars.

Nice bedroom and nice house.

The bathroom was a separate room than the bedroom and we did not get slippers. Also, the hair dryer could not be plugged in the wall outlet. These are just minor complaints, the place was nice, recommended.
