Lovely small well kept hotel,with parking in walking distance from everything you need. Depending on how fast you walk 20-30mins to train station. (Taxi btwn 9-12 €) Leaning Tower etc just up the road. Great restaurants all in walking distance. Rooms have an AC in there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great tips on where to eat. Very accommodating (we arrived earlier than the check in times, there wasn't an issue with us parking on the property and coming back later on to check in)

24 hour reception, thus was able to book last minute stay due to delayed flight and lost connection. The interior of the room looks like it had been renovated compared to the halls and everything was nice and clean. Closeness of lights, plugs & little shelf by the bed (to out glasses, phone etc) was very useful. Close enough to the the train station & old town/local sightseeing.

Bit far from the airport but considering everything, within walking distance still. Bit of noise from the radiator was a bit of a distraction falling asleep but once asleep, wasn't a bother.

I must recommend this hotel. I lived there for 9 nights, and I really enjoyed. The facilities and decoration in the room are all very new, so it is very comfortable to live there. The staff are very enthusiastic, and they greet me and welcome me when I got back. I really enjoyed my time there. This single room is perfect for me as I lived there alone.

This hotel was perfect. The price matched the expectations, the location was ideal, as it was very close to the Leaning Tower (10-15min walk) but also to the city centre and to the Pisa Centrale (20min walk). The room and the bathroom were big enough for the two of us, and everything was clean :). The hotel looks the same as the pictures provided and the staff was very nice to us when we arrived and every day until we left :)

The only small issue was that the curtains on the window could not be opened, but the window was opened non stop, with a net that stopped any bugs or mosquitoes from getting in, so we were happy with that.

The hotel had a parking lot on site, the guy at the reception was very friendly and provided us with any information we needed, and the hotel is located about 10 min from the Tower.

Our first room had no windows and wasn´t nice to stay in. After paying extra 80 Euros, we got better room.

I had small,but comfortable room,clean, good bed and cupboard and excellent bathroom. During the night was very quiet. I didn't taste breakfast because I was in rush. The guy in the reception in the afternoon shift was fantastic.

No lift in the structure, but for me it wasn't problem.

The properties location was excellent. it was a easy 10 min walk to the main attraction in Pisa. Easily accessible by bus and train. east bus transportation to other areas. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and a good size. bathrooms are clean and there was always hot water:

It was very basic for the price. no safe, limited toiletries and no tea making facilities in the room, but your paying for the location.

Comfortable enough rooms and helpful, friendly staff. Decent wifi. Breakfasts were simple but enough to start the day.

A bit of a walk to the sights; not much by way of restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood either, but simple enough to get there.

The service from the concierge was exceptional. We'd been trying to organise a 5am taxi to the airport for the next day for hours with no joy from any app, website or phone number. Concierge was able to get a taxi organised very late in the night taking away a lot of stress. Otherwise super friendly and a nice hotel.

I couldn't get hot water from basin but honestly didn't really need it. Shower was still hot.

50 minute walk from airport, 25 mins walk from train station and 15 mins walk to leaning tower. Comfy beds. Family room had balcony. Clean. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Reception manned all the time that we were there. All good

Not many electric sockets and no drinks making facilities in the room but not a deal breaker.
