The location was very central, room was clean and spacious. Friendly owners, we felt very welcomed.

Small downside, the air conditioning was pre-programmed. This did not run constantly, but went on and off. Not pleasant when sleeping. And the temperature couldn't be lower, because the buttons on the remote control were taped off.

Excellent reception staff, thank you for your help! Very good location in the centre, very clean, large room. I could let a small luggage at the reception for three days when I left Pisa. There are climatisation and fridge in the room. There are many shops, restaurants and tourist sights very close.

I had to carry three keys everytime with me in order to entry in the buiding, the hotel and my room. No breakfast but there is a bar next to the property.

Wow!!! This place was wonderful! Right in the heart of Pisa with a great coffee shop right underneath!! The couple on reception are delightful. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. From giving us advice on places to visit and dine, providing bottled water and always happy to help with any questions. They even booked us a taxi to the airport for a very early flight. I miss them and the place already!!

The property is well located, close to the Pisa’s Tower and many restaurants. The hotel staff cleaned the room daily. The most attractive feature is the amazing balcony with a scenic view of Pisa.

However, the air conditioning didn’t work well during the first night, making it quite stuffy. This is the main reason for my rating of 8. Additionally, there were no glasses, spoons, coffee, or tea provided. I believe it would be reasonable to at least supply glasses in every room.

We were there for 2 nights only. The room was comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Lcation was terrrific to main attractions and restaurants. Great coffee shop next door. Hosts very helpful and accommodating. We could walk to the river. Station not too far if you are young and energetic.

It woulld be nice to have tea and coffee making facilties and water on arrival in the fridge. There was noise from neighbouring rooms esp early in the morning but due to guests checking out. Not a huge issue.

Wonderful stay. Very clean. The staff couldn't speak English very well but we managed and they were really nice and helpful. The location is superb. We had two rooms triple at the front with narrow balcony and private bathroom. It was a huge room, and it was immaculate. The second room was a double at the back with a little bit bigger balcony. No furniture out there though. The bathroom was external, so it meant locking your room and a few short steps to the bathroom, which you had to use your bunch of keys to unlock, but it was very clean and roomy. Very safe property to stay in and wonderful view of the street and cafes and leaning Tower from the triple room. The rear room had sun in the morning. The triple front room had sun in the afternoon. The filter coffee lab is just underneath and does terrific breakfast, but it's busy. Get there early or you will be queing. I would stay there over and over. Fantastic place, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Pisa. This is by far my favourite.

Nothing I didn't like.

The location is fantastic, 5 min walk to the leaning tower of Pisa, and a great coffee shop right next door. And many places to eat within walking distance, and the host were very friendly and helpful,and the beds are so comfortable too, and if we are ever in Pisa again I’d look to stay here again.

Maybe another pillow and the water pressure in the shower being stronger, , but that’s being picky, Otherwise it’s a perfect guesthouse.

the property was just perfect ideal for a family of 4 . very large room which had 2 single beds and a king size bed. spacious bathroom. it’s a short distance away from the Tower which is great as you avoid all the huddle and bustle of the centre. Guiseppe his wife and daughter were amazing and very friendly nothing was to much fit them. we used the property as a base and took the train to Florence. There isn’t a Resturant on sight but Guiseppe recommended a Resturant call I Santi which was across the road. avoid the tourist trap Resturant’s around the tower as the food is quite bland. I Santi is a traditional Tuscan Restarant. For breakfast go along to Dolce Pisa again across the road from The Gialel you will not be disappointed. we had a brilliant time. I would certainly stay here again. I would like to add that the rooms were spotless .
