Great location, 5 mins walk from Il Duomo, but seemed away from the usual tourist route so not disturbed by lots of people walking by. Good size room, which had an additional lounge area with sofa. Excellent breakfast, meat and cheese, as well as cakes and fresh fruit. Friendly hosts.

No soundproofing between rooms. Baby crying in the next room wasn't a particular problem, but the parents taking to it more loudly than necessary all evening, which I could hear through the walls, was a bit annoying.

It's a beautiful historic building with a garden around it, and a stone throw from the Piazza dei Miracoli. The rooms have the charm of their age, but the bathroom is modern and all in all a beautiful place. The breakfast was excellent and the host very kind, and we really appreciated the parking spot inside.

It would have been wonderful to have access to a common fridge to store food or drinks - there is only a small fridge in the hallway stocked as a mini-bar, with no space to add anything.

The House is absolutely great!! not a B&B, because the size of this old and beautiful building is amazing!. We love the room, the high roof and the space. Very clean, tidy and lovely. The staff is very friendly, nice and open. My partner is Italian, and for her coming back home was delicious. She loved our accommodation, and so did I. Totally worth it and I would recommend it to everyone!.

The coffee in the morning for breakfast...not great actually considering Italy is one of the countries with the best coffee in the World!!

Communication with host was good, including key code access to the property so entering was easy. Very old building with high ceilings and grand decor. Room 7, in which we stayed, was very large, comprising of a bedroom with ensuite facilities, plus living room with doors out onto the garden. Breakfast was provided in the room next door from 8am - 10am and was plentiful. The member of staff on duty to serve breakfast was polite and helpful, also booking a taxi for us on departure. Location is perfect for the leaning tower and surrounding area. Plenty of good restaurants within an easy walk.

Although the room was very grand it was a bit run down and the shower room a bit cramped. I am very tall and couldn't actually sit straight on the toilet due to the location of the shower cubicle.

Perfect location, middle in the center of Pisa with a private parking spot inside the courtyard.

The room is really old. It's an old Piazza, but still, we expected it to be a little bit well kept. The AC is dripping inside the bedroom, the drainage is slow so after a shower you're standing in water. Breakfast was nice with the savory cheese and cold cuts.

Great location, car park near the suite in house fenced backyard, very roomy. Two big rooms, high ceiling, private roomy bathroom, The siute makes meritime feeling with luxury of todays living. We felt secure, free and wellcomed. The space is peacefull. The breakfast was great and the owner offered as much espresso coffe as we wanted :-) He was very polite and hostile.

This was a fabulous location in the centre of Pisa with secure parking. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us and response time to any queries was very prompt. Breakfast was generous, delicious and very good value. The building is a beautiful old town house in a quiet central location of narrow streets, it is a shabby but much loved family home

If you are looking for all mod cons this is not the place for you. The shabby chic atmosphere is all part of the charm.

The room was extremely beautiful, with a frescoed ceiling. The location is fantastic (and definitely one of the main reasons I chose to stay here). Even though I did not have time to enjoy it properly, the garden seemed fantastic.

Being right on the street at ground level meant that a couple of noisy students' groups bothered me during the night. But it was to be expected, given the location in the very centre, and also not that bad, as they moved away in a matter of minutes and I could go back to my sleep.

The location was unbeatable! Such a short walk to the Square of Miracles, and plenty of restaurants and shops Excellent area for our family, wonderful private parking, and private area to walk our dogs. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful, VERY attentive and fast response time

I believe this is because Italian is not my first language, but figuring out the exact way into the parking area was difficult for me. It was through lots of time on the phone, and really trial and error that I figured out how to access parking. My family stayed in the car while I went inside, all around and finally found the correct areas, keys, buttons.

Great place to stay for one night, it is located almost in center of old town, few minutes to tower. We were travelling by car, and owners issued special (electronic I believe) allowance to enter old city. Private parking at garden of this beautiful old villa. House and apartments really antic and beautiful. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Registration is completely electronic - we just filled special form on their cite.

Because of old antic furniture - it is a little worn out, but looks fantastic!
