B&B Antica Piazza dei Miracoli is strategically located less than 5min walk from the Tower of Pisa. It has an old charm to it and our suite had a door opening to the garden, which was definitely a plus. Breakfast was generous and we felt really cared for. Used towels were changed daily and toiletries provided. Both rooms in the suite are air-conditioned. We could leave our luggage at the property after checkout and then pick them up anytime we needed.

Not much to criticize except the sofabed was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, just a heads up for anyone on the bigger side, the shower cubicle entrance is quite tight, so maybe you'd need to ask if they have a room with a bath instead. And, if there was a small fridge in the room, it would have been much better.

Amazingly close to tower. Private secure parking invaluable as we are travelling through Italy by motorbike. On arrival it looked very run down outside and very dark inside but our room (number 5) was delightful , clean, modernised without losing historical features, a welcome kettle and choice of teas, bright and spacious. Lovely facilities in modern bathroom with good quality toiletries. We didn't have the breakfast as we had an early start but it looked OK in the dining room and there was an option to have it in your room.

Nothing to dislike.

Location was exceptional…minutes away from all the site, including the tower. The breakfast was good, the room was a bit…eccentric but lovely & fascinating. We enjoyed it and the grounds very much. If we visit Pisa agin we will come back.

Fair warning. The bathroom in room 7 wasn’t great. Hardly any water pressure in the shower and the toilet was in a very awkward location. I know Italy is notorious for bad water pressure but this was really bad. Having said this, we’d still return for a stay at this lovely B&B in Pisa.

The location was top - just a few minutes from Piazza dei Miracoli. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property had the atmosphere of old times - very nice for those who have a thing for history. The room was clean tidy. The breakfast was good - European breakfast and very tasty crostata every day :)

The air conditioning was leaking, due to the extreme hot weather, I suppose. The front yard was not very clean.

Delightful late 19th century villa with very spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast selection. Lovely host. Excellent location in quiet street between the Tower and the Old Town centre. All walkable. Bus from station takes about 10 minutes, and taxi to airport is very convenient and not expensive.

Great location, 5 mins walk from Il Duomo, but seemed away from the usual tourist route so not disturbed by lots of people walking by. Good size room, which had an additional lounge area with sofa. Excellent breakfast, meat and cheese, as well as cakes and fresh fruit. Friendly hosts.

No soundproofing between rooms. Baby crying in the next room wasn't a particular problem, but the parents taking to it more loudly than necessary all evening, which I could hear through the walls, was a bit annoying.

It was a bit like time travel. A bit like travelling in the 19th century in regards to the room and the furniture. The painting of the ceiling was beautiful. The location was great, very close to the centre and the staff was nice and friendly

The separated bathroom was quite far from the room, which was a bit inconvenient. And the room was very noisy from the street. Bring ear plugs. Nevertheless I would stay there again

It's a beautiful historic building with a garden around it, and a stone throw from the Piazza dei Miracoli. The rooms have the charm of their age, but the bathroom is modern and all in all a beautiful place. The breakfast was excellent and the host very kind, and we really appreciated the parking spot inside.

It would have been wonderful to have access to a common fridge to store food or drinks - there is only a small fridge in the hallway stocked as a mini-bar, with no space to add anything.

The House is absolutely great!! not a B&B, because the size of this old and beautiful building is amazing!. We love the room, the high roof and the space. Very clean, tidy and lovely. The staff is very friendly, nice and open. My partner is Italian, and for her coming back home was delicious. She loved our accommodation, and so did I. Totally worth it and I would recommend it to everyone!.

The coffee in the morning for breakfast...not great actually considering Italy is one of the countries with the best coffee in the World!!

Communication with host was good, including key code access to the property so entering was easy. Very old building with high ceilings and grand decor. Room 7, in which we stayed, was very large, comprising of a bedroom with ensuite facilities, plus living room with doors out onto the garden. Breakfast was provided in the room next door from 8am - 10am and was plentiful. The member of staff on duty to serve breakfast was polite and helpful, also booking a taxi for us on departure. Location is perfect for the leaning tower and surrounding area. Plenty of good restaurants within an easy walk.

Although the room was very grand it was a bit run down and the shower room a bit cramped. I am very tall and couldn't actually sit straight on the toilet due to the location of the shower cubicle.
