I loved this traditional home in the heart of Pisa. It was simple and clean, well maintained. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Tower of Pisa, the river Arno and the rest of the town’s squares and life. The staff were very nice and helpful with everything.

At night there was some noise from people celebrating/drinking in the streets around the place, as I stayed there on a Friday night.

The location was great. The host has been so nice to let me check in very early. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The AC and wifi was working.

There are a lot of stairs in an old building but was not a big problem for me for 2 days. You can hear everything from the outside very loudly. I am not very impacted by noises when I sleep but it was loud. The bathroom is outdated and need some renovations but was clean. There was very low water pressure in the shower.

My stay was short but nice. Really good area in the middle of the city and easy walking distance around Pisa. Also not too far from central station where all buses and trains went. Room was simple but it worked. I didn't spend a lot of time in the room but like you had bed that was okay, AC that was a must, toilet that work and shower also was totally okay. Don't book this place if you can't walk stairs cause you'll have to be able to do it to live here. Overall nice place and would say that don't be afraid to book it. I stayed 3 nights.

Pleasant enough B&B in a superb location: just off the Borgo Stretto in Pisa. Room was large and comfortable. The managers were friendly & helpful. I would stay here again.

It would have made a big difference if coffee/tea facilities had been provided. (There was a kitchen next door to my room, but it was poorly equipped.) I'm not familiar with prices in Pisa but 120€/night seemed a bit expensive.

Amazing pure Italian experience, the old man who rented us the room was so nice, I am very thankful for his good hospitality and warm welcoming.

You have to turn on the heater to get warm water, so make sure to turn it on before sleep, if you ve to take shower early morning before you leave

Gorgeously quaint, we loved our stay. The host was extremely warm, friendly and welcoming - thank you. We will definitely recommend to friends and family. Amazing location too, loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance!

Location was perfect. An easy walk to the Tower and grounds. There's an excellent restaurant across the alley from the room. Don't miss trying it. Host was very accommodating from an early check-in to allowing us to store our bags on our last day so we could wander the city a little longer after checkout.

The building was very old but just adds to the charm of the room. Bathroom had been updated so no complaints, just don't expect modern.

The location was great, it was into the pisa city centre, an old restored building, 10 min walking from pisa main attractions. The room was big and with all comfort, it has caracther and the host were lovely. Right outside the door there is literally everything, shops, bar, restaurants, monuments etc, 2 min walk from the Riverside. In the evening is very vibrant as it is the location locals hung out. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Saying that we know in advance the B&B had no parking, just an heads up if you travel with car, there are some cons in choosing a city center location: parking was a nightmare, not just for the price but to find a spot relatively nearby. For the rest, we loved every bit!

Great location, easy walk to the leaning tower and also to and from the station. The room was as described … rustic and authentic, yet comfortable and clean. It’s an old property, so bear that in mind.

It’s a bit of a climb up a few flights of stairs with baggage (and no lift), but you know that before booking. The gentleman proprietor doesn’t speak English, but we figured out instructions together for keys when I checked in, and he indicated I should pay in the morning. The lady on staff in the morning spoke very good English, so that was easily sorted. And they were kind enough to let me leave my suitcase for a few hours while I explored a bit before heading back to the station to continue my travels. I was only there for one night.

It's an old and athmospheric place, and i very much like that. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. It is very well located, at a 13 minute walk from the station. I would certainly go again.

It is at times a bit noisy at night..voices from the street or within maybe. Earplugs recommended.
