Just come back from 4 nights at this B&B and Andrew and Andy couldn’t have been better hosts. They were exceptional at customer service and even cooked scrambled eggs and bacon to order - which my husband said were the best he’s ever had! 😋 Great location in old town part of city centre. Property was beautiful with frescos on the ceilings and very comfortable. Pisa is a very easy city to walk around and the B&B is very well located for sites plus the train station if we wanted to go further afield.

Can sometimes be noisy in street outside but ear plugs were provided if you needed them, so hosts are aware that on warmer days when people sit outside the noise can be elevated.

Fabulous hosts - very friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast - lots of choice and option of cooked eggs and bacon. Lovely old building, beautifully restored with amazing painted ceilings. Excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. Right in the town centre with lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Rail station an easy 15 min walk, airport around 40 min walk or 10 mins (€15) by taxi. Easy walking round historic town on your doorstep. Rail links to Florence, Siena, etc very easy with regular trains (clean, on time and reasonably priced). Recommend visit to Piaggio museum (20 mins away by train in Pontadero) if you like anything Vespa or two wheeled.

No criticism of the property but its town centre location does mean that noise from the street drifts up through any open window at night - the hosts recognise this and provide disposable ear plugs - which we didn’t really need, but a nice touch.

From the moment we arrived at Rinascimento Bed & Breakfast, we knew we had found something special. Tucked away in a charming building, this B&B combines authentic Italian character with modern comfort and genuine hospitality. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches – complimentary water and soft drinks, delicious biscuits, and toiletries replenished daily. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with extra pillows if needed for a comfy nights sleep. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the en-suite bathroom was both stylish and immaculate. The location couldn’t be better – just a short, scenic walk to the Leaning Tower and surrounded by excellent restaurants, shops, and cafes. The proprietors, Andy & Andrew gave us excellent recommendations and a free map. What truly sets Rinascimento apart, though, is the warmth and attention of the hosts. Their care and pride in what they do shines through in every detail, especially when it comes to the breakfast! We felt truly welcomed and looked after from start to finish. Without question, this is the best B&B we’ve ever stayed in. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pisa. A truly unforgettable stay!

Nothing, it was perfect.

The B&B is in a lovely old building with modern amenities and our room was large and full of light from the big windows. The hosts were very welcoming , helpful and gave excellent advice about visiting the lovely city of Pisa. They couldn’t do enough for you and we were very happy to have chosen their property for our stay. The location is in the heart of the lively historic area, a short walk to the main attractions and easily accessible to the train station.

It’s nice to stay in a popular area of town but there is some street noise .They provide earplugs so not really a big deal

This is a top notch hotel in the heart of Pisa. The room was large and comfortable and the owners had thought of just about everything including a hairdryer (which I don't use), soft drinks and water, and an extra blanket. The bed was very comfortable and large by Italian standards. The hotel is located between the Arno and the Field of Miracles and there are countless restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast was excellent -- cappuccini and eggs to order, pastries, yogurt with fruit, etc. The very best part were the owners, who were friendly, funny and very helpful. Definitely stay at Rinascimento Bed and Breakfast.

We loved our stay at the Rinascimento B&B, it was amazing, great location, great room facilities, awesome breakfast and great amazing hosts. We loved every minute of our stay and would stay here again and would recommend to all our friends. They do the little things so well, we had some rain and there umbrella’s available for us, we had a gluten allergy requirement and they catered for us with a gluten free breakfast and a surprise gluten free cake. There restaurant & cafe recommendations were awesome!! Thank you Rinascimento for an amazing stay.

Andy and Andrew are incredible hosts. From the communication prior to our arrival to our taxi to the airport on our final day. We cannot fault them or the gorgeous accommodation. Comfortable huge bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with many choices and dietary requirements considered. Earplugs are supplied, as if the windows are open; you can hear the busy restaurants in the street below, though this is understandable and didn't bother us. It added to the atmosphere of lovely Pisa. Hosts were able to offer recommendations for best places to eat, best gelato, etc. Short walk to the train station to visit other areas nearby. We weren't disappointed, and everything was perfect.

This accommodation was the perfect end to a week travelling Italy before our flight. Andy and Andy are like hosts from times gone by (why aren't all B&Bs like this anymore??). They seem to find joy in hosting. The room was perfect and so comfortable. The breakfast was unreal and we even got croissants and a slice of courgette pie to take away which we enjoyed whilst travelling home. It was all just perfect. The location is great too. Sorry we weren't here for more than one night. Do not hesitate, book this accommodation!

Nothing not to like. It was the last word!

The B & B is in a very central location at the heart of everything, we could not believe how close everything was! The property itself is lovely and taken care of, and our hosts were amazing, super helpful and gave us a lot of good information and tips about Pisa. We were instantly made to feel at ease and welcome when we arrived, which was a lovely surprise and a great quality of our hosts!

The apartment is very central and there was quite some noise from the city's hustle and bustle, once the windows were closed though it was quite quiet!

Andrew & Andy are absolute gems! We took the wrong train, so we were running late. Andrew was in contact with us through this situation. We had tickets to the Tower, etc. and looked like we were going to be late. He suggested that the cab driver wait while we dropped the bags at the hotel and continue to the Tower. Cab driver backed up to the front door of the hotel to a waiting Andrew, dropped our bags out of the cab, and away we went. Andrew took them up to our room for our return. Had it not been for his suggestion, we would have missed our ticket time. Andy was so nice and friendly when we returned. Helped us out with restaurant suggestions and gave us the lay of the land. Breakfast both mornings was absolutely wonderful! If ever visiting Pisa again, we would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately there were music events in the neighborhood both nights (Friday & Saturday). It was very loud, but thankfully the earplugs worked! There was nothing that could have been done to avoid this, so wouldn't have changed a thing!
