This was our first time visiting Pisa and it all didn't disappoint. From location to accommodation to overall experience. Andy & Andrew were exceptional. From the moment we arrived they made us feel very welcome and gave us everything we needed to know to make our visit more memorable. The B&B was in the right location and very easy to get around to various locations. The room was exceptional, big, clean and the bed and cushions were so comfortable. The breakfast was also exceptional and the eggs and bacon were to die for. They even had soya milk which was very impressive. Thank you Andy & Andrew for making our stay very enjoyable.

Location: very central for all aspects of a holiday eg attractions and travelling further afield. Room: our room (no.2) was a nice size, with a small ante room - ideal for sitting in away from the bedroom. Vey comfortable bed. Breakfast: the hosts (Andy & Andrew) were very attentive, offering both a buffet & cooked breakfast selection.

The Rinascimento Bed & Breakfast is situated on quite a busy thoroughfare for the universities. Consequently the road can be quite noisy at certain times of the day. Obviously this is outside Andy & Andrew’s control and earplugs are available if needed.

Location was great. Owners were fabulous. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is €20 can ride from airport with bars and restaurants right outside. Short walk to the tower. Characterful boutique B&B perfect for a city break.

Not much to grumble about… One of the compromises of being in such a great location is that it’s incredibly noisy but the owners offer complimentary ear plugs (which you will need!) for a great night sleep. Bathroom is a little dated (but still clean) and the shampoo and shower gel were a little drab (compared to how colourful and vibrant the owners were). Really not much to dislike though.

Like most properties in Italy the outside doesn’t do the inside justice. It very clean and spacious. All the facilities you could need and the aircon worked great in the intense heat we had. We loved the breakfast room and breakfast itself was just right for us. The reception we received on arrival was lovely and informative and made us feel really welcome Thanks to Julia. Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and bars which was useful and the walk to the train station isn’t too far. Both the Owners are helpful and work hard to make this a great hotel. We also thought the decor throughout was tasteful.

No faults from our view you might be woken in the morning by street cleaners but we loved looking out the 3rd door windows at the swifts and other birds doing aerobatics.

We had a wonderful stay! The food was delicious and fresh, always prepared on the spot. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful — truly warm-hearted people. We arrived before the official check-in time, but they welcomed us with breakfast, let us freshen up in the bathroom, and store our bags. If you're planning a stay in Pisa, this is the best choice! The location is right in the city center, and you receive a map with local attractions and recommended restaurants. You can ask about anything — the hosts are open, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made our trip special.

Just come back from 4 nights at this B&B and Andrew and Andy couldn’t have been better hosts. They were exceptional at customer service and even cooked scrambled eggs and bacon to order - which my husband said were the best he’s ever had! 😋 Great location in old town part of city centre. Property was beautiful with frescos on the ceilings and very comfortable. Pisa is a very easy city to walk around and the B&B is very well located for sites plus the train station if we wanted to go further afield.

Can sometimes be noisy in street outside but ear plugs were provided if you needed them, so hosts are aware that on warmer days when people sit outside the noise can be elevated.

Fabulous hosts - very friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast - lots of choice and option of cooked eggs and bacon. Lovely old building, beautifully restored with amazing painted ceilings. Excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. Right in the town centre with lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Rail station an easy 15 min walk, airport around 40 min walk or 10 mins (€15) by taxi. Easy walking round historic town on your doorstep. Rail links to Florence, Siena, etc very easy with regular trains (clean, on time and reasonably priced). Recommend visit to Piaggio museum (20 mins away by train in Pontadero) if you like anything Vespa or two wheeled.

No criticism of the property but its town centre location does mean that noise from the street drifts up through any open window at night - the hosts recognise this and provide disposable ear plugs - which we didn’t really need, but a nice touch.

From the moment we arrived at Rinascimento Bed & Breakfast, we knew we had found something special. Tucked away in a charming building, this B&B combines authentic Italian character with modern comfort and genuine hospitality. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches – complimentary water and soft drinks, delicious biscuits, and toiletries replenished daily. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with extra pillows if needed for a comfy nights sleep. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the en-suite bathroom was both stylish and immaculate. The location couldn’t be better – just a short, scenic walk to the Leaning Tower and surrounded by excellent restaurants, shops, and cafes. The proprietors, Andy & Andrew gave us excellent recommendations and a free map. What truly sets Rinascimento apart, though, is the warmth and attention of the hosts. Their care and pride in what they do shines through in every detail, especially when it comes to the breakfast! We felt truly welcomed and looked after from start to finish. Without question, this is the best B&B we’ve ever stayed in. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pisa. A truly unforgettable stay!

Nothing, it was perfect.

The B&B is in a lovely old building with modern amenities and our room was large and full of light from the big windows. The hosts were very welcoming , helpful and gave excellent advice about visiting the lovely city of Pisa. They couldn’t do enough for you and we were very happy to have chosen their property for our stay. The location is in the heart of the lively historic area, a short walk to the main attractions and easily accessible to the train station.

It’s nice to stay in a popular area of town but there is some street noise .They provide earplugs so not really a big deal

This is a top notch hotel in the heart of Pisa. The room was large and comfortable and the owners had thought of just about everything including a hairdryer (which I don't use), soft drinks and water, and an extra blanket. The bed was very comfortable and large by Italian standards. The hotel is located between the Arno and the Field of Miracles and there are countless restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast was excellent -- cappuccini and eggs to order, pastries, yogurt with fruit, etc. The very best part were the owners, who were friendly, funny and very helpful. Definitely stay at Rinascimento Bed and Breakfast.
