We stayed as a family of four for one night. We needed two separate rooms. Since only one room was available, the hotel immediately called me back and offered a small apartment just 2 meters from the hotel entrance instead of the second room. This solution suited us perfectly. We paid for the room the next day upon check-out, and it was nice to feel that the hotel trusts its guests. The hotel room was spacious, clean, with high ceilings, and from the window we could see the road. The “Miu Miu House” apartment was smaller in size, but very cozy and equipped with everything necessary for the stay (a kitchen with an induction stove, a coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge, and even a washing machine). We had breakfast together at the hotel. The breakfast was good. Overall, many thanks to Mary for her help, for answering all our questions, and for staying in touch via WhatsApp even late in the evening. She is a very friendly and kind person.

We were a bit confused at first about how to open the doors and where to get the keys. After a long, hot drive, we just wanted to get to the room quickly. But with Mary’s guidance via WhatsApp, we soon figured everything out. In the end, we even enjoyed this little quest. So overall, we didn’t see any downsides.

We stayed in the Retro B&B Vintage room for one night prior to our flight from Pisa the following day. The apartment was clean, tidy and hosted all the amenities required for a short stay. As it’s part of a B&B, a delicious wide ranging breakfast was available in the morning with a specified table for your room. The ‘living area’ outside the rooms had a fridge, sofa and tea/coffee on hand. We really liked the layout on the living space that you see upon arrival. The shower tends to take a while to warm up but give it time! We figured this out eventually. A priority for us was the ability to leave our luggage in storage for the day which the host kindly provided to us! This enabled us to explore Pisa with ease during the one day we had. The apartment is very close to the leaning tower, around 6 minutes walk, and many restaurants/bars/shops. 20 minutes walk from the centrale train station. We recieved great recommendations on arrival and appreciated the easy communication with the hosts. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment and had a great stay!

I liked the location, very good walking distance from Pisa Centrale and Pisa San Rossore. The Leaning Tower is about 5 minutes walk. We also went to incredible pizzeria, gelateria, cafes and supermarket all nearby (5 - 7 minutes walk). I recommend, pizzeria: Moonlight and Al bagno di nerone, gelateria: rufus and gelato di pendente The look of property per se took me back to the time I used to visit my Italian family at the farm (a rustic feeling) but Retro B&B has added chique style to it, as the name say “retro” - I loved it! Mary was very welcoming and got back to my messages almost straight away, very good communication!!

The host was absolutely lovely and stayed in regular contact with us both before and during our stay. I really appreciated the fact that they had a stairlift available for anyone with mobility issues — such a thoughtful touch! The main breakfast and dining area was beautiful, with plenty of seating and a relaxed, communal atmosphere, almost like a living room. We loved the breakfast — there was a fantastic spread with so much to choose from, and everything was assigned by room name, so there was no need to rush in early to make sure we didn’t miss out. Our room was lovely, with very comfortable beds, and the bathroom and shower area were well-equipped with everything we needed; the shower was great too. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the Tower of Pisa — and we were spoiled for choice with so many restaurants nearby. We were also able to leave our luggage after check-out, and the host provided service keys so we could easily return and collect our bags later, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. the Location was amazing, located right next to Pisa tower, with alot of amazing food locales and delicious gelato, only a few minutes walk away, we each get our own Breakfast table with our own food, yofurt, bread, coffee, fuit and juice. the room was pretty spacious! 10/10 we would definitely stay here again.

The only thing We didn't like about this place was the HEAVY smell of cigarettes as soon as we enter the lobby area, the room itself didn't smell of smoke, but the common area would fill up with the smell of smoke here and there.

The BnB was in a fantastic location in the old town, close to the iconic tower, and close to many restaurant, bars and cafes. The accomodation was quirky and unique with only three bedrooms. The rooms were very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The hosts thought of everything to enhance our stay, great communication, lots of advice and recommendations. We weren't able to stay for the breakfast but say it laid out and know we missed out. I can't recommend Retro BnB highly enough, it was awesome.

The location was very central, very safe surroundings with many nice cafes and restaurants, feel very safe close to the park as we travelled with the dog. Retro B&B is very nicely decorated, with large room and big bathroom , comfy beds , everything was very clean ,and it was very easy to check in.

Very simple plain breakfast (plain croissant ,toast,chocolate spread,and salami,black coffee,water,juice ), which is not what we'd expect but lots of coffee shops around..

Lovely room & central area. Great attention to detail & thought on furnishings, breakfast products & the general breakfast process. Loved the retro fridge in the breakfast area & amazing high ceilings. Due to a delayed flight & train industrial action we were literally stranded in Pisa on a Sunday evening at 7pm & panicking. Found the room through a well known App for a really reasonable price at short notice. By the time I booked the room & then walked the 20 mins from the station to the building our lovely host had already sent us the info & codes to get into our room. Great communication before & during our stay. Great location. Can highly recommend to anybody.

Great B&B, very good located. Kjtiara was a great host and help. Communication was fast. The Chic Room was really nice and clean. We really recommend this place if you want to stay cheap and discover the city. Good breakfast. So many thanks for this great stay.

Well if there is something to mention than it is that the room doors are not very well soundproofed. You can hear everything on the B&B corridor. But hey I guess that's something you can deal with for this price with high quality.

- directly in the city center, 5 minutes walk to Pisa tower, 15' to train station, 35' to the airport - easy and direct communication with the personnel, self-service check-in with clear instructions - rich breakfast, self-service, ideal for early-morning departures - clean and comfy room and bathroom, nice shared living room

- even though the surroundings is very calm and no noise is coming from outside, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear basically everything from your neigbours. If you are unlucky as us during the last night, you will probably not sleep very well, but if all the guests go to sleep at the same reasonable time, it would be an aboslutely amazing stay.
