It’s so close to the Piazza of Miracles. You can see the leaning tower and duomo from the front door. Walking there took only a few minutes. The location was fantastic! Especially considering the good price. It’s also walking distance to shops, restaurants, the city wall, and the botanical garden (which I recommend). The room was comfortable and clean. It was behind 3 locking doors and felt safe. We 3 adults had adequate room. The owner was polite and helpful. He let us store our luggage there early (with advanced notice). So we could explore as soon as we arrived.

Neighbors down the street were a bit noisy at night. This hotel has only a couple rooms. It’s more like a personal rental (Air BnB or VRBO) than a “hotel.” And, there isn’t food offered. Despite it being called a “B & B.” This place was very simple, but comfortable and functional. We would stay there again! Thank you!

The B&B is spotlessly clean, well provisioned and extremely comfortable. The shower has good pressure. The location is excellent. 2 minute walk to the piazza dei miracle, and a convinient and delicious little cafe across the street for snacks, coffees and breakfast. The rest of Pisa is within pleasant walking distance. Maurizio is an extremely friendly and helpful host. His recommendations for where to eat are excellent for those wishing to try the best of local Pisan and Tuscan cuisine. And all at a reasonable price.

The price was an absolute steal! This was the best value for our money on our three week long trip in 7 hotels/cities in 3 countries. It was one block from the Tower of Pisa. Host accommodated our arrival and departure times. We were very happy that he let us store our bags in the office after check out and return to get them at the end of our day sightseeing! We liked the free toiletries in the room. It had a little refrigerator which was nice. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and hangers in the closet too. Beds were comfortable and there were multiple outlets during the charging. Plenty of lights/lamps. Big window allowed the nice morning sun to come in once we opened the window shade and drapes. Room was quiet and property peaceful. The hotel, the room, bathroom, as well as the street and neighborhood were safe and clean.

The shower was really small. The sink was cute and modern but the faucet overshot the sink bowl so we had a lot of water on the floor.

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The room has a fantastic location, less than a 5-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo, and also close to the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Maurizio, the host, is incredibly helpful and friendly. He provided us with amazing recommendations on places to visit and where to eat, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We had an early arriving flight, and he graciously allowed us to use the room earlier than the standard check-in time, for which we are very grateful. The room itself was clean and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Maurisio was wonderful and greeted us upon our arrival . He couldn’t be more friendly ,informative and made us feel very welcome . We would Defoe return to this property . The rooms were very clean ,comfortable and very close to the Pisa tower . We even had a cheap but amazing meal in street restaurant across the road but a little further up and a lovely coffee shop bakery right outside . Room was bright and modern .

Milk in room as tea and coffee was provided but no milk which wasn’t an issue as we took some instant pouches with us .

Superb location! Just a 3 mins walk to the leaning tower of Pisa. Room itself is very tidy and clean, except the hair dryer all other amenities work perfectly (but the next day when I met the host Maurizio he quickly gave me another hair dryer to use). Maurizio was very nice and friendly, before the day of stay I had a few questions and he always responded quickly, really good and easy communcation. Self check-in was also super easy with his clear instructions. It's a really good stay experience!

The location of this B&B is excellent - you're under 5 minutes from the tower, and nearby the center of town too! Maurizio is friendly and responds quickly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good heating (nice in the winter, when I was there). Overall, I think the value here is great!

Some rooms are right next to the road, so there is occasional noise from passers-by. Noise insulation could be somewhat better from other rooms too, but it was never a big problem.

Very central , we had a twin room as requested, the beds were very comfortable and lovely pillows, large soft towels and plenty of toiletries. A big bonus was the air con kept us cool day and night and not noisy. Plenty of good eateries on the doorstep. Mauritzio the proprietor was so helpful a lovely gentleman.

No outside space to sit but we knew that prior to booking not a complaint just a comment.

Maurizio is really friendly and helpful, He texted me in advance with key instructions and arriving time and gave us great tips on local restaurants. The location is perfect. Our room was small, cosy, quiet and dark at night, so we had a great sleep too.

Although the sink in the bathroom was beautiful, It was too small so I kept splashing water on the floor:))

Location and communication were excellent. Room was very clean. Perfect for our one night stay in Pisa. There was a bar (cafe) right across the street for breakfast. Maurizio was very helpful calling a local taxi for us to get to the train station.

There was old food and wine left in the refrigerator. Our room did not have a bathroom connected to our suite, but it was right across the hall.
