Location was excellent, just 5 minutes walk to the tower. Breakfast included, was good, despite sitting only outside in winter, they had heaters. Quick check in. Dogs allowed.

Parking not included. Early checkout time of 10. Although we did check out at 1030 without any extra charge. Staff could be a bit friendlier. Breakfast area outside, so wear a coat in winter. Room was ok, could use an update. Walls are thin and can hear other people use toilet and shower. Bed not very comfortable and can feel the springs.

- historical building in absolute city centre. Like 2 min walk from the tower. - I had single room and room was bigger then I expected. With historical vibe inside. - amazing stuff. Very friendly, very helpful. - extremely clean room. You can make surgery inside. White , super new bedsheets and new soft pillows. I literally was ready to cry because I must leave this extremely comfortable bed. -around many good small restaurants with really good food. -I did not take a breakfast but I saw, it is good. Home made pies, proschutto, cheeses, eggs. Small but nice. -they giving protection from the mosquitoes

Staff so welcoming on arrival. Really easy to find and literally just around the corner from the tower so excellent location. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean with a mini fridge and tea making facilities. Vending machine downstairs and can add on breakfast for €7 or just buy a coffee etc. The shower was excellent and fresh towels each day. Body/hair wash and a hair dryer in the room. Shutters very effective keeping the light out. Everything you need for a city stay. Amazing value for money and perfect for what we needed. Young couple visiting the city for 3 nights of exploring. they even put rose petals and balloons on our bed and provided a double instead of a twin on request. Very responsive to messages. Brilliant customer service.

Literally the only things we can think of that was missing was sachets of coffee to make in the room and it can be a little noisy between rooms at night.

The property was timeless, surrounded by similar such properties, lovely Italianate architecture in a quiet upmarket area. The location was a gentle 5 minute stroll to the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, Baptistery, and museums. The cost was really inexpensive for the location. There was a good choice of continental breakfast. There were restaurants, shops, and an ATM machine nearby.

There were no dislikes whatsoever of the property. However, we did visit in January. There were not many tourists, which greatly added to our experience. We may have had a different experience with the summer crowds.

I’m extremely pleased with the customer care I received. I stayed a week. I felt like I was home. All staff were very nice and kind. Specially Ester and Monica (^•^) Ester & Monica are adorable! Thanks to them my experience in Pisa is unforgettable. They provided helpful tips where to go and what to do in Pisa. The room was perfect. Very comfortable and clean. The staff clean the room very often. Nice breakfast station. Very close to the leaning tower; few steps away. A lot of restaurants close by and gelateria. The service was above and beyond. I’m very grateful thanks for making my stay at Pisa a memorable experience :)) <3

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location couldn't be more perfect - right in the center of Pisa, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. My room was basic but had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It was clean, well-maintained, and provided all the essentials. While not luxurious, it was perfect for my needs and offered excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location, friendly service, and a comfortable stay in Pisa. It's the perfect base for exploring this beautiful city!

Travelled early March'25. Very nice quaint room. Very good location, just round the corner from the Leaning Tower. Friendly staff. My room was small with a single bed, but self sufficient with an updated en-suite and a TV and surprise - a kettle for tea and coffee. A nice small breakfast area which has a good range of breakfast, cold cuts, coffee, esp cakes, etc - sweet breakfast. And value for money rates. Would stay again.

Got a room just next to the main door, so each time people entered or exited, you could hear the outside door and people talking.

I stayed in Pisa just for one night due to work. The hotel is very good, staff very friendly, amazing position even for touristing purposes because the hotel is very close to Pisa Cathedral and leaning tower. Room clean and wifi connection worked very well. Breakfast is also very good. So, I would certainly recommend it if you are in Pisa

As a minor suggestion, breakfast could start slightly earlier, like 07:00 instead of 07:30. Also the dispenser of shower cream did not work, but these are really minor things with respect all others that worked well.

The location was great, really close to the Leaning Tower, restaurants and cafeterias. But Pisa is a small city so everything is close! The bed was really comfortable. The staff was really kind and helpful. They stored our luggage before check in and after check out! I had asked for an iron before arriving and they provided me with it the first day. The breakfast was good!

The room was on the top floor so there were no windows apart from a really small one on the roof. Thus, there was no natural light. We also experienced some problems with the shower. It took a lot time for the water to be warm and while showering, the water went from hot to cold and vice versa. The floor could have been cleaner. Coffee and tea were placed in our room the third day. The check out was too early!

The breakfast was very good. I would say it catered for all continental tastes. If you wanted full English breakfast this property was not for you. The location was very good. You need a taxi to get you there if you haven't stayed there before. The room was a single room so wasn't big but fine for me. I only had dealings with three members of staff two on the reception desk and the lady who organised the breakfast. All three were helpful and friendly no complaints at all.

Not being told yet again by Booking.com that there was no walk in shower. Not being told that we would now be required to check in online. Receiving a phishing email along with one from the property asking to check in. Being told by the property that there had been a phishing attack on the Booking.com website. This should have been on the company website for customers to be aware of.
