I was staying here in February, so my floor was almost empty. Therefore, the shared bathroom was almost "mine". It was clean and the room itself it spacious. I also had a hairdryer provided, everything was clean Location is great - very central

On one night (Sunday) there was a party going on in the next building, and it was extremely loud, going on till 12 at night. Even with closed windows, earplugs, and everything, I felt like the party was next door. The owners told me it's a private party, and since the building does not belong to the hotel, they could not do anything. I think it was a very rare occasion, but since it was my first night after a very tiring day, it was extremely unpleasant. All other nights, it was silent, no parties whatsoever. Some workers speak almost no English and it is extremely hard to communicate with them. Others were super helpful, though. The design of the common room is horrendous, but not really important for my stay

We loved this place, one of the bed places we have stayed. It was so close to the Tower. The apartment was super clean, very spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, great air con, plenty space, towels, hangers, toilet rolls, all the things other places lack. Also the staff were so helpful when my flight was delayed, always replied to messages instantly. Very very happy with this place and would totally recommend to anyone. I would love to stay here again for longer.

Absolutely nothing apart from we only stayed one night, I would have loved to have stayed longer. Totally recommend it.

I liked that even though it was a shared bathroom and shower, they were very clean and well-equipped. The toilet was separate from the shower. The room was spacious and the ceiling fan was great. I also loved my window with the cute shutters. The staff was amazing and I could even leave my bag after checkout. The location is great! There was also a sink in the room

I was well aware that there was no lift but it was still a struggle after a long day out. Ofc it's not their fault but if u have mobility issues or can't do stairs then I wouldn't recommend it. The water pressure was also very weak on the 3rd floor and the shower lock needs some reinforcing as it felt very flimsy and was misaligned so it didn't close all the way

It is a really beautiful place just right next to Pisa Tower. The staff is lovely and very helpful. Check-in and check- out is easy. My room had an old Italian feeling to it, I especially loved those cute little windows that opened to a gorgeous view of Toscana. Wifi was good. Bathroom was clean, lots of fresh towels and a hair dryer. I truly recommend this place and I hope I will be back one day!

The only disadvantage is that this is an old building without any elevators. My room was on the 4th floor and it was just terrible to climb there after a whole long day of walking. There was no electric kettle to boil water and no mini fridge.

We stayed at the hotel twice. The first time, we had a room with a view of the mountains, but the windows faced the street. On Saturday night, it was noisy almost until morning, and a garbage truck kept passing by. The second time, our windows faced the courtyard, and it was peaceful. We used the shared showers and toilets — they were clean every time and stocked with soap and toilet paper. The room was also clean, and the bed linen was fresh and new. There was no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. However, when we were leaving, we saw many boxes with portable air conditioners, so I assume they are planning to install them. There was also a hairdryer and a mosquito repellent device in the room. Each room had a sink with soap. We were 100% satisfied with the hotel, especially considering that it is located right next to the main attractions.

The only thing we missed was a small fridge in the room — at least to keep drinks cool.

We were given a beautiful loft room, with beamed ceilings, and views over the roof tops to the mountains . It was really quiet at night. Location just a few steps from the centre. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean.

The shower pressure was really low, and the water just dribbled out. There was some kind of air vent next to the bed which was just a big hole in the wall, and mosquitoes got in, so we were both badly bitten. One of the plug sockets didn't work.

Great hotel at a great location. The room and en-suite were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Staff was very helpful. I was on the top floor and the view from my window was fantastic. The hotel is very close the leaning tower and the cathedral as well as to shops and restaurants.

The only teeny-tiny fault I could find was that there was no kettle in the room. It wouldn't have mattered if I was on one of the lower floors because there is a coffee machine on the ground floor, but going down and up from/to the 4th floor just to get a cup of coffee was a bit too much, especially first thing in the morning. Perhaps a solution could be to install another coffee machine on the top floor. It didn't really spoil my stay, but something for the future guests to bear in mind.

Location is great - few minutes from the centre and right next to the Pisa tower. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the garden view from the window. The peersonnel were nice and check-in was pretty quick. Although the bathroom and shower were shared, they were always clean and easy to use. The room had its own sink and liquid soap. A perfect place to stay in Tuscany and travel around the region. I would definitely come back if I want to visit more places in Tuscany.

Great location in historic town, 2min from the tower of Pisa and 15min walk from the train station. We had a room with shared bathroom and it was a good value for money considering prices in the area. The room was basic but comfortable with its own sink, which was great. We were on the top floor and facing courtyard so it was nice and quiet, which was very surprising and appreciated, as we know it is difficult to get a quiet room in this area. Overall we were super happy with our stay and that we could leave our luggage in the reception after the check out.

I was so hot at that day. It is hotter these days. Something about the location did not cool down at night. Not specific to room, there was a fan and a bathroom fan that didn't make it cool but the noise distracted me from the heat.
