I like everything except of breakfast. The location, staff and the room itself was very nice. All was clean and very nice maintained. We had very cute room. I recommend it! 😊

I would suggest to the landlord to repair the socket in the bathroom. There is a sharp edge on it, which we unfortunately cut ourselves on by accident. At the same time, the breakfast was not very good. The only thing that was edible was the yogurt. Would be nice at least to have some fruits instead of cheap packed unhealthy bread and croissant. Also the coffee was very bad. However, everything else was great!

I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable and convenient this property was. The room looks onto a lovely garden which is furnished with tables, chairs and loungers. The room had a large comfortable bed. The breakfast provided in the room was enough for a quick breakfast. There is a kettle, coffee machine and a fridge. There is a large bathroom with toiletries. There is also access to a well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect for the airport, train station and shops and restaurants.

The room was beautiful and full of gorgeous character. Very spacious with a very nice bathroom too. Great to have a coffee maker and there were croissants, yoghurts, jams and plenty of drinks. Ideal for the airport and we found a lovely restaurant nearby.

It was an extra 10 euros to use the AC and I think it should just be added to the room price. Also the fridge could do with moving to the coffee area as it made a clicking noise through the night that was irritating.

The room was beautiful. True Italian style.

We had to pay extra for parking and for aircon. Without the aircon the room was really stuffy and didn’t smell too great. We couldn’t leave the windows open because there were no screens to block out the mosquitoes. There is no served breakfast and it needs to be stated that croissants/crackers are on offer together with coffee.

The shower was difficult to balance the temperature This was Booking .com, it didn't seem easy to book breakfast, so we thought it was included, but it wasn't

The apartment was a short walk to the airport in a quiet part of the town. With kitchen facilities it meant we could self cater and come and go when we liked. There is the option to have breakfast if you want it. There is a lovely garden round the back and the owner was very helpful with extras if we needed them once we communicated through Google translate.

It was advertised as having a sitting room with two extra sofa beds as well as a double and single bed, which was not the case. There was a double bed and a single bed with a pull out bed underneath in one bed room. It also said we had a door leading out to the garden which also was not true. There was a knack to getting hot water which would have been good to have as instructions from the onset. We did have a lovely stay as we had a bed each despite being cramped in one room and it was just a base for us to explore Italy but we did feel we had been promised something that we didn’t get.

The location is very close to the station,airport and a supermarket and 2 good pizzerias.It was a 5 minute bus ride to the centre.Our room at the front was beautiful,spacious and comfortable.everything for breakfast was provided in the room.Sylvia ,Fabio and. Georgio were very friendly and helpful.We will be back for a longer stay !

Nothing everything was perfect.

The bus stop for bus No.5 was right in front of the villa gate. It is only 15 mins walk to the airport or Pisa central train station. The room feels like an apartment rather than a hotel room with tons of plates glasses and cups for a real size kitchen. The marble floor feels nice and cool during summer time.

The coffee machine was not working unfortunately.

Excellent friendly hosts. Charming character villa with great individual features, original art and murals. Comfortable beds and nice and clean throughout. There was a full range of facilities and generous continental breakfast. Added bonus of a shuttle service from the airport. Very impressive and a great price. Would happily stay again when next in Pisa. Thanks again!

Comfortable bed and breakfast booked because it is a 15 minutes walk from Pisa airport. Probably about the same to Pisa Centrale. Typical Italian style. I think I got the last available room which turned out to be a very spacious ground floor 1 bed apartment. It looked like it may have been a conversion for a relative. Very comfortable large double bed (aswell as a single). Large shower room with the best shower I have ever had in this sort of accomodation. Super power. Large sitting room/dinner/kitchen. Not sure that it was supposed self catering but it could have been. That's a question to ask the owner if you're interested.Check-in was smooth and pleasant. A garden could be used - lots of chairs and loungers (and a pet rabbit !). Access to free water (sparkling and still) from the garden room where breakfast was served. I didn't have breakfast because of flight time but I could have had it early if I had wanted. Airport noise did not disturb me. Definitely worth considering.
