Perfect stay for somewhere close to the airport when looking for good value and convenience over luxury. Room had all the amenities needed for a short stay and was very clean. Airport was 10-15 min walk (although admittedly a struggle in the midday sun with a heavy suitcase!) and Pisa Centrale train station 20-25mins walk away (or can get the airportmover from the airport). Felt comfortable walking round as a solo woman during the day - might have been a little cautious in the early hours/dark but only because it's a quiet residential neighbourhood as opposed to it actually seeming unsafe. Host was very sweet. Shops and a couple places to eat all a five minute walk away.

Nothing - exactly as expected.

It was super close to the airport, could have walked. But I didn't walk, as I had a rental car, that I could park for free in front of the bnb, that was a great plus! I came in really late with a key box, I'm happy that was a possibility. The room was spacious, the bathroom relatively modern, and the airconditioning worked great. The host was nice even though she only spoke Italian.

Not everything was really clearly communicated. Everything was communicated in Italian through WhatsApp, but that was solvable with Google Translate. The key to my room was left on the door to the room. That's not what I was told, and neither I was told which one was my room, but I noticed this by following my instincts and previous experiences in other hotels/bnbs.

Location was perfect for our walk back to the Airport in the morning (an easy 10 - 15 minute stroll), it was quite residential so pretty quiet, a little other guest coming and going noise (not late though) - not anything to be concerned about and to be expected. The lady that runs Colorado Home was very lovely, and despite our slight language barrier was very helpful and friendly, and between us we were both able to fully understand information and instructions given from both sides :) The room was very clean throughout, except for an old small bloodstain on the underside of the bed counterpane noticed when pulled back, a little off-putting but it was at the bottom of the bed overnight not actually used. Shower and bathroom (in the room) was very clean and the shower was hot, plenty of towels were provided too. Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine - pre-packed pastries, cakes, also fruit, juice, milk, decent coffee and yogurts were available and the tables were set up for each room to help themselves to their breakfast in the morning. The bed was firm - fine for me, but not to my hubby's taste. Overall, a great little find for an overnighter, friendly, comfortable, perfectly located and good value for money.

Clean, comfortable, renovated, and value-priced accommodations just a 10 minute walk from the Pisa airport. Perfect for a late night arrival (like mine was) or an early morning departure. I had booked a room with an external bathroom, but was upgraded to a private room with bathroom upon arrival. Thank you very much for that! I arrived just before the start of the Europa League Final and the staff were kind enough to get the match on for me on the TV in the room. The room is air conditioned, has a good bathroom, and comes with a basic breakfast. Also, to contradict what others have said in their reviews, there IS a garden at the property, as pictured in the ad.

The bed was comfy, and the room was exactly what I was looking for. It was very nice that it was air-conditioned because I arrived and needed a cool-down after walking from the airport. The bathroom was quite nice, and the shower was clean.

Mostly, the location, which was not easy to access at night from the city center, due to the buses stopping surprisingly early. From the airport, the walk was not bad, though, and there is a bus nearby that takes you to the train station.

Clean, practical option to stay the night before a very early flight. 10 to 15 minute walk to airport even with luggage this was achievable. There were plenty toileries to use if you did not want to unpack your own. Well equipped area for breakfast. All self serve.

The breakfast was practical but prepacked processed food which was sadly very dry. Some fresh fruit ie bananas or oranges that you could take with you when you're leaving early would have been a great option.

Everything was wonderful. I had a single room with a private bathroom. There was a shared kitchen, and plenty of food was provided for the guests in each room. The bathroom was perfect.

The location is a little far, about 22 minutes walk from Pisa Centrale and 46 minutes from the Leaning Tower. However, I used a public bike (Ridemovi), as there is a parking spot conveniently located near the accommodation.

The property is within walking distance to the airport (10 minutes). If you like to walk you can also walk to the Pisa Tower (about 40 minutes). The room was very clean and comfortable with modern facilities. The breakfast is prepared ahead of time so if you have an early flight you can still eat before you leave.

I didn't have breakfast and the location was good.

The staff tried to book a cab for me for the following morning to the airport but the cab company wouldn't accept a booking. The number that I got wasn't correct so I ended up tugging a big suitcase through the deserted streets at 5.30 am. I'm 73.

Lovely little guest house. Great location for getting to the airport. Breakfast was good. Rooms and bathroom were clean.

Beds could have been a bit comfier. Also the police turned up when I arrived and were looking around and took my details - unsure what that was about as I don't speak Italian and they did not explain very well what they were doing there.
