Location was great, just a short walk. Our flight was delayed so we arrived 1.30 in the morning, it was nice to get some sleep before continuing our trip. The hostess communicated very well and it was easy to get into the property. We made ourselves a cup of coffee before heading to the train station, and it was so nice to just sit outside the house and take in our first morning in Italy with a nice coffee in the company of a cute cat.

The only issue we had was that the bathroom fan gave a mouldy smell. I am very sensitive to mould, so we just didn’t turn on the bathroom lights much, as the fan then started. For one night it really wasn’t a problem at all, but it’s something to keep in mind if one has issues with mould.

Lucia is super supportive - she helped us with everything and especially the laye check-in. The facility is not a luxurious one, but it has everything needed for a night or two. It's very close to the airport -6-7 min walking distance. What's more - at the room we were provided with a coffee machine, some snacks and milk for breakfast - given the fact that it wasn't included such in the price of the room. Towels, hair dryer, everything was well equipped. Walking distance to the railway station - 30 min. So, I strongly recommend it.

It was 10 mins walk from Pisa airport so excellent for an early departure/late arrival. It was also 20 mins walk from Pisa Central Station. Further to the main Pisa sights but an excellent choice for arrival and departure. Despite being close to airport it was quiet. The bathroom for our room was across the hall but it was for our use only and was fine. The other rooms must be en suite. Hosts were helpful and we had a breakfast basket and a kettle in the room. Comfortable and clean.

There was lots of local information and a local map with facilities eg supermarket marked. We may have missed something, but specific directions of getting to the airport would have been reassuring. It was easy when we did it, but weren't sure.

I dont think you can get closer to the airport than this, you basically walk there within 10-15 minutes, you can check in and check out any time during the night (if you land late or take off very early). The price is absolutely reasonable for the stay. The lady that we met was really nice. Remember to have cash for tourist tax.

The property is dated, but it is very clean. There was a smell of mould from the bathroom, my partner said it is very likely from the ventilation due to humidity.

We booked 2 rooms and basically had the whole house to ourselves. Large rooms, clean bathroom, there is a coffee machine and a basket with biscuits, croissants and juice in every room (although there was no breakfast option in the booking). Good AC.There is a bakery and a pizzeria nearby, the bus stop is on the next street, you will reach the Leaning Tower of Pisa in 10 minutes. A bit away from the center to walk in the heat of the day, but perfect location to the airport.

Lovely quant little B&B right next to the airport. We had messaged ahead to ask if we could store our luggage as we were arriving early. The host had our room ready for us arriving. Spotlessly clean with absolutely everything and more you could ask for. The air con was a godsend on a roasting hot day. Bed was lovely and comfortable. There was a breakfast box with drinks and pastries but as we were leaving at 3am we didn’t use it which was gutting as it was lovely. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and we had our own private bathrooms across a small landing. All major attractions are within walking distance and transport links are all nearby. Absolutely excellent stay and the host leaves you to your own devices. You can use the kitchen and dining room too and plenty of literature regarding the local area.

We stayed for one night before catching a morning flight home from Pisa. The property is a 5 minute walk to the airport and can be easily reached by local buses from the train station. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable and air con was excellent. It was very clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our luggage off early. Toiletries and breakfast were provided too.

The place was a 5 minute walk away from the airport, very easy to find! 3km walk to Tower of Pisa and 15min walk to the train station. We were there really early in the morning and Lucia came to let us leave our luggage, which was very nice. The room was a good size with a tv, a coffee maker, air conditioner, double bed and table. WC was right next to the room and there was also a shared kitchen with a big fridge. Lucia had left a nice little snack box in the room, which we used for breakfast. It was a really nice surprise.

The room and the bed were comfortable, very clean, also the bathroom. The breakfast in the room when we arrived was a nice detail! Also the location is really good, super close to the airport, we arrived late so it was a good option.

If I have to say something, even it was a detail, the toilet tank took a long time to load, so if two people went to the bathroom in a row, the second one would not be able to flush the toilet.
