My family utterly loved the stay. The room was very clean, the beds and sheets comfortable. Such was the bathroom. The breakfasts - we expected them to be rather modest in the Italian way, a small sweet to have with coffee. Instead, there was much more than we expected, both sweet and savoury, and all tasty. But the factor that truly charmed us about our stay was Mrs. Elisa. Everyday we managed to meet her, and she was the nicest and most helpful host we could have imagined. It was also localised near the airport which made it a convenient place to stay in, and not that far to the historical centre of Pisa or the train station. These factors, and Mrs. Elisa's presence made this place probably the best we've ever stayed at.

Very convenient for an early flight as Elisir is 10 minutes walk away from Airport. We had a good breakfast prepared by the hostess. The premises were absolutely clean and comfortable.

There was no host at check in. Instead there is an online form. Make sure you use numeric date format otherwise your form will not be accepted. We had to fill in and submit online forms with our details more than once in order to gain access to the flat; I assumed that it is a host's job. Everywhere else we didn't have to do that as they only asked a copy of our passports.

Most convenient location -only 10 minutes walk to airport & Pisa Centrale Station in the opposite direction. Bed comfortable. Kitchen well equipped & coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc.- breakfast perfectly adequate. Elisa - the owner seemed very pleasant in phone communication - wasn't able to get to the property to meet us.

Decor is a little dated in style but the room was clean & all you need for an overnight or city break. Registering a photo ID with your host - which seems to be required by the Italian govt for tourists- means having to upload a photo of your passport or driving licence from your mobile phone - which it reassures you is GDPR secure - but nonetheless is a little unnerving & not entirely intuitive/obvious to the non tech savvy person.

Great location, very comfortable stay, and an incredibly kind host! The BnB was in a perfect spot for our visit, making it easy to explore the area and only a 10 minutes walk away from the airport. The room was cosy and well-equipped, ensuring a restful night. Our host was exceptionally accommodating, showing great flexibility to meet our time constraints, which we truly appreciated. A wonderful experience overall—highly recommended!

The bathroom was private and only for our use, which was great, but it wasn’t ensuite (it is for the other room, though). While this wasn’t a major issue, having to leave the room to access it was slightly less convenient. However, everything was clean and well-maintained, so it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

A great location (25 mins walk to the city and 10 minutes walk to the airport). Our host was very helpful. The accommodation was as we expected - clean, comfortable with good facilities in the shared kitchen.

Our only criticism was that the breakfast wasn't fantastic. I understand that everything has to be pre-packaged but it would have been good to have had some fruit and I would prefer to pop out to a Panetteria for bread and croissants. The coffee from the machine was very good though.

The check-in was very easy and with problems the owner was immediately reachable via phone to help with the remote door opening. The owner Elisa is super nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Especially the bed and the cushions! The breakfast was good with sweet and savory options, the kitchen had a coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker. We stayed only one night but it was a really wonderful experience.

My son missed some cartoon channels on the tv, but that’s peanuts.

The room was modern and spotless, the property consists of two rooms and a shared kitchen. One of the rooms is ensuite the other isn't. It's not close to the tourist attractions but it's right next to a bus stop! The pizza shop nearby is one of the best in Italy! Pizzeria La Paradisea, omg check it out! One thing to note, Italy hasn't fully adopted the European standard electrical outlet, you may need an adaptor for your adaptor..

It was a bit out of the centre but I knew that when I booked, Pisa is so small it's not an issue. There's a supermarket just around the corner and amazing pizza so even my negatives are positive!

This room is actually a two bedrooms apartment with kitchen and bathroom where the bathroom belongs only to the room number two, which we had. The room was big and comfy, kitchen excellent with a huge fridge. Bathroom was a bit awkward since it was close to the other room with guests but manageable. The best part is that it is only 9 min walk from the airport. Breakfast is a bit cold, with food prepared in the fridge and a little capsule coffee machine and a toaster.

lots of traffic noise, a mosquito net on the window would be great, garbage collection early in the morning is very loud, but hey, this is Italy!

This was our last night in a Tuscany. One afternoon visiting Pisa and an early flight the next day. You get a code for the door and can check in and out yourself. Which is great and the system is super easy. Breakfast was prepared and packaged the night before, so we could eat something before leaving early at 7 o'clock. Great coffee as well. Also the location was a short walk from the airport. For the tower of Pisa just walk to the station (also a short walk) and take a bus from there. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is great as it's easy walking distance to the airport and not too far from the central railway station. There is a really nice breakfast choice in the fridge and all in all a nice friendly experience, even though I did not meet anyone. This was my second stay and would definitely recommend.

The entry system is very hi- tech and perhaps 'one digital generation' beyond where it needs to be. Elisa always available on WhatsApp to smooth out any confusion.
