The airport was about 15 minutes away by foot. Very close. Quite close to the train station as well. I loved the fact that we could check in at 12 in the afternoon and did not have to wait a few hours (we travelled by train). It was perfect for our last day in Pisa before departure, the bathroom was ok, spacious enough. Very close to the store and restaurants. AC great. The kitchen was perfectly done for a good breakfast with, juice, coffee or tea. Drinks like coke or water in the fridge for additional cost, but the prices were ok.

As for a bed and breakfast accomodation everything was great, nothing much to complain about. The windows should be closed at night, because it could get a bit loud outside sometimes (cars, people walking with luggage or checking in at different hours), and mosquitos.

If you have an early flight from Pisa airport, this place is unbeatable. It is 5 minutes walk from the terminal. It is clean and comfortable and there is some breakfast food and drink in the dining room. My private bathroom was big and sparklingly clean. The fact that it was external was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I was happy with my choice.

There is rather a lot of garbage outside the house but the inside is perfectly clean. When I entered my room I thought it was beautifully decorated. However, once in bed, the view of the wall with the TV is strangely ugly.

This accomodation is perfect for when you travel through Pisa as we did. We came in the afternoon, had an evening walk through the city - the Tower is 45 minutes away by feet, and caught a plane in the morning. The apartment is conveniently placed 5 minutes from the airport, so we didnt have to get up too early. Everything was nice and clean, there were fresh towels and soap, private bathroom, comfy beds and complememtary refreshments for breakfast. Just what we needed to rest in the middle of our travels :)

We were looking for a comfortable place near the airport to use as our base for a day of exploring Pisa followed by an early morning flight the next day - which this accommodation fulfilled perfectly. It was clean, beds were comfortable, you can check in from 12 pm which was great for us and while there's no real breakfast there are snacks available in the shared dining area - some free, some paid - which was perfect since we had to leave very early in the morning for our flight. It's a big old flat sliced into rooms with respective bathrooms with some old wooden furniture and antique feeling which I found quite charming. The airport is a 6min walk away, and the Pisa city centre is also within walking distance.

Nothing we minded too much but be aware that the 'private bathrooms' are private for your use only but not accessible from your room - you have to step out into the hallway to get into your bathroom.

Super handy from the airport as you can just walk down the road a few minutes. The family room was basic but had everything we needed and there was a choice of aircon or ceiling fan. No staff on site which was disconcerting but the communication was excellent and we had no problems getting our key and checking in.

Very basic, help-yourself breakfast of packaged pastries and a coffee machine. Great to have the option if you are in a rush but I wouldn't rely on it for a meal.

Great clean property literally 5 mins from airport : leave the property turn right follow the blue pavement, it's that easy. Getting there from the airport : out of departures Cross the carpark opposite slightly to the left over the Rd then again onto blue path. Would def stay again, loved the fact that breakfast was self serve as we had a very early flight so meant we could still have coffee and pastry before flight.There is wine, drinks and water in the common room, you literally check out the price list and leave the money for it in your room. Fabulous.

Take ear plugs with you as noise from people coming and going is quite loud, we expected this so this is in no way a negative point and def wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Me and my two friends got the room for 3, with one double and a single bed. The room had a private bathroom and toilet which was outside of the room but it was only ours, we didnt need to share it with other guests. Everything was clean. The room had ventilation, with which we were satisfied with although if it was too hot probably we would have felt the need for AC.The accommodation is literally 5 minutes walk from the airport so it was perfect for us to catch our early morning flight back home. The city centre is also not that big of a distance, circa 40 min walk from the apartment.

The beds were very comfortable - better than I’d expected. The baby cot was a good size and included a proper mattress, linen and small pillow. Window shutters meant the room was very dark. We all slept very well. Communication from the owners was excellent and as result it was very easy to access the hotel and check in by ourselves. Location was ideal for the airport. We walked there in the night with lots of luggage and our small children. It took 15 mins on foot (follow the red path from the nearby roundabout). Location also ideal to walk to the city centre.

The towels had seen better days.

Great position, just 6 minutes walking distance from the airport (perfect for our late arrival). Easy self-check in (perfect for our late arrival). Smooth and clear communication. Clean bedroom with ensuite toilet. Free snacks made available for free in the shared room, plus coffee machine to be used at a very small cost. Professional but also easy-going owner, welcoming and helpful. Possibility to leave luggage during the day after check-out.

Just minor points: - Whilst the luggage could be left after check out in the shared breakfast room, it could not be separately stored/locked, so it can be slightly risky if you leave valuables (though the owner is around most of the day, especially in the morning when she cleans the rooms). But this is still a very useful additional service anyway. - Some of the bedrooms face the road, which can be slighly noisy in the morning, but the windows are decently isolated. - As Italians who live in the UK where bathrooms have no bidet, we were a bit sad when we found out that there wasn't one in our bedroom's ensuite (but not a problem in our case since we only stayed one night). Anyway, these are very minor issues, and the place is good value for money.

Super comfortable room for a family of four with lots of room, comfortable beds and a coffee machine in the morning! Our host was so lovely: we only had one morning in Pisa and she was so kind, letting us leave our luggage while we went sightseeing seeing, calling us a taxi and lending us an umbrella! She even let our children sleep a little longer as our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to sleep until 1am!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay
