Great place The host was very friendly and responsive. We stayed for a night as we had an early morninh flight, and the location was perfect. Hardly 5 mins walk, and you are at the departure gate. Supermarket coop and a lovely cafe ( Vanilla cafe) at 500m from the property. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms clean. Although breakfast is available from 7.30am, Enrico opened the breakfast room at 5am, so we could grab a lovely coffee and also some toast, cakes and cookies. I highly recommend this B&Band would definitely stay here if I visit Pisa again. Aarti

It is super close to the airport, walking distance, so any time you can get there. You cannot hear planes at all. Super clean place. The owner is super pedantic, so everything is in perfect order with rules for everything. Which is fine. Kind and lovely owner, prepared hot water for me-out of the working hours of the breakfast place. I would stay again.

Advantage and disadvantage, people are going to the airport in Early or late hours, so you can always hear some noisy travellers who think that they are there alone. How to get taxi instructions didn't work, it was a very long process to download the app etc. (Which is not the fault of this place)

It is an excellent place for a short stay, or if you fly early from Pisa, as was our case, as it is only a few minutes walk to the airport, it's super convenient. The service was excellent. The room was spacious enough for four people. Very well organized and clean. The bathrooms were also spotless and with everything you need. The breakfast service was excellent, the dining area was well organized, and there was a variety of options, which we enjoyed. We'd definitely recommend this place!

The location is great and the owner is very friendly and very well communicative! We communicating in advance that there are only sweets breakfast there therefore I can bring my leftover huge pizza for my breakfast! They have a fridge, so it’s very convenient to put into the fridge and heat up the food with either microwave or toaster! I forgot to bring my mosquito spray and they are a lot there, which is very helpful because I like to stay outside if the weather is nice!

All good, not cheap, but worth it!

Although the location was chosen for its competitive proximity to the airport, Pisa is such a small city that you can still visit it on foot from there. The rooms have everything you might need for a short stay. The host was very helpful and accommodating with some personal requests. The breakfast room with automated door lock is a very smart solution for early departures.

If you are unlucky, you could get some competition for the use of the shared bathrooms. We got up at 4am to catch an early flight, and had to queue together with the 4 girls using the other bedroom.

Perfect location for anyone who has a flight before 12 am. or rent a car. Less than 10 minutes by walk to the airport. 20 minutes by walk to Pisa Centrale station from where you can continue exploring the area. The host was really kind and gave us any information we needed. Breakfast starts at 7.30 am and you can find coffee, tea, yoghurt, a lot of snacks. Nearby is a really good restaurant, and that was a host's recommendation. In season can be a problem with a table without reservation :) The photos reflect the actual condition of the rooms. In the (shared) bathroom, you can find a hairdryer. We thought that the distance from the airport might be a problem with noise while sleeping, but it didn't bother us.

The hosts were so helpful and lovely! Our flight was at 6am and they opened the kitchen at 3.30am so we could have breakfast before our flight. They gave us lots of information on Pisa including taxi numbers which was very appreciated with travelling with an 80 year old grandmother. The location was brilliant as it was literally 5 minutes walk to the airport! Shuttles, buses and taxis available right outside!

Could do with a kettle inside each room

The location was perfect for me as I took a late evening flight and reached Pisa late at night. Hosts welcomed me warmly and also guided me towards the nearest restaurant for dinner that late at night. The shared washroom was cleaner and well maintained, as good as any hotel one. In the morning in the kitchen for breakfast, it was nice to meet a few of other travellers and chat with them.

Easy to find. Perfect location. We had an early flight out of Pisa airport and this accommodation was a 5 minute walk. On arrival everything was explained thoroughly. Don't worry about a shared bathroom as it was spotless. Our bedroom (Water room) was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room was crammed full with a buffet style breakfast. It was kindly opened for us early as we had an early flight. All very clean. I would recommend this accommodation.

Nothing to dislike.

It was clean and organized, the location was also not that far. It was easy to reach with the bus and also with the e-scooter. The personal was really nice and welcoming. The women explained us every detail very carefully.

Everything was good. The breakfast is ok if you are staying no longer than a night. It is simple but enough.
