The suit was very nice, again as a busy restaurant it wasn't too noisy above at all, the cleaning staff were lovely and overall the staff were great.

Walking into the restaurant area to check in was a little confusing/ would have preferred a little bit more direction on the site to advise what to do, plus the fact it's only accessable by car was a little off-putting, but once we figured out the tram ran directly to and from across the road it was a lot easier to navigate the city..a few sockets on the room seemed broken by previous guests/ it was a bit of a worry to plug something in which went into the wall. But overall the room was great for the price and the venue was very pretty, please lower the toilets though

This hotel was conveniently located a short taxi ride from the train station and perfect for our brief overnight stay before heading to Cinque Terre the next morning. The hotel is affiliated with the restaurant below and our room was above the kitchen - you could hear a bit of pots/pans clanging around but nothing too bad at all. The host who checked us in was so great and also a prompt communicator via what's app. We left very early the next morning and an employee helped us call a taxi (the restaurant wasn't even open yet and she happily helped us anyway). Great service!

We were only staying the one night before we flew out and home but had specifically booked this stay due to its location near the airport and the restaurants repution... we were not dissapointed in any aspect. The rooms were clean and modern, the location ideal for our purposes. The food was truly excellent and the staff helpful and friendly.

Hard to add anything... it's not easy to access the property without transport due to its location via some main roads, but we knew that before we booked it, so it wan't a problem for us at all - the property makes you very aware of it in its information. The Piza mover train, taxi or car make getting into and out of the city very simple.

This hotel is really near the Piza Mover which is a shuttle train between Pisa Centrale and the airport. It is a perfect location for staying near the airport if you have an early flight. The room itself was great, air conditioned, clean, had tea and coffee making facilities and a little breakfast of juice and a packaged croissant which was in the room on arrival. We were made welcome on arrival and helped with our bags upstairs to the rooms.

The area where it is located is typical of other places near airports, dedicated to drivers, with barely any pedestrianization. The hotel is also a restaurant so there is the option to have a meal there but if you just want some easy, fast food then it's a bit of a scramble across roads and industrial areas to get to Ikea or Macdonalds.

Convenience: Short walk from PisaMover, closest station to the airport. For me, I use a cane and walk slowly, it felt a a bit far on a hot day, but a taxi would have been silly. Helpful staff: Check in was smooth. When I needed to find a pharmacy, they were willing to call to make sure they had the meds I needed first, then call a taxi for me too. Clean room: Not too large but it wasn’t cramped feeling at all. The room I had included a crib for some reason, but still room enough to get to the wardrobe. Air con worked well, quiet.

I couldn’t go to the restaurant because I got sick. But it smelled very tempting.

Proximity to airport, very clean, good welcome, good food, comfortable. We landed at the airport and took the Pisamoover to Aurelia then a little walk to hotel. Only 1 night but accommodation was very good. We had pizza and beer in the garden, all very nice.

No lift working! Luckily the ladies were happy to help with heavy bags. Breakfast poor but we were warned. The helpful message pre travel telling us about the shuttle service told us where to get off but did not tell us where to go after the station. We asked someone but they didn’t know then had to walk around the park and ride until we saw the hotel in the distance. Bathroom is a total wet room ie no curtain/door to contain the water….a particular hate of mine! Good shower though.

The hotel and restaurant is in a very convenient location right next door to the Aurelia station side of the PisaMover driverless train which links Pisa Airport to Pisa Centrale. So if you have an early morning flight it's a great place to stay the night before. You can park at Aurelia if you are driving to the airport in your own car. You need to take the Pisa Mover to the airport (runs every 10 mins from 6am to midnight daily, journey takes 5 minutes, but check the website) unless you wish to walk there, which is a bit convoluted and takes about 25 minutes. The hotel has a garden at the rear with dining tables outside and a lovely restaurant. The food is excellent with an interesting and varied menu specialising in locally reared beef, Angus and Irish beef, fiorentina and tomahawk steaks and burgers but with many other items on the menu too. The well dressed, cleanly presented staff are accommodating and polite and do everything by the book. The room and en suite bathroom were very clean and nicely decorated. Our room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The pillows in the room were too chunky and high for us. Ideally there would be a selection in each room. However despite this, we both slept well.

The property had a restaurant onside, tastefully decorated. Excellent location for the Airport 3 minutes in a taxi, and a 2 minute walk to Pisa Mover to get into town The room was immaculate and staff friendly, they also allowed us to check in early which was super helpful. Beautiful garden even though it was right on top of the motorway and a bit noisey, they masked it well, sound proofing for traffic and airplanes was good. Any noise came from the restaurant.

We did ask for a twin room , but was given a double bed to share, as I was with my Mum this ok but not what we had excepted. The noise from the restaurant was a bit loud.

This little inn was a refuge for us after multiple flight cancelations and much stress. It gave us peace of mind to be so close to the airport. The staff were kind and easy going. The rooms themselves were clean and modern. The bathrooms were clean, modern with plenty of hot water and good pressure. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant as our last meal in Italy. Great, affordable choice.

There were some awkward design choices like the placement of the heated towel rack behind the shower door.

Our expectations of room for price were well-met: very clean and comfortable, with management very thoughtful in anticipating/providing for all guests' needs. Shuttle service (used to explore Pisa) was very close (3 min walk), easy to use, and not expensive. Huge unexpected bonus: gourmet-quality of food in the restaurant for amazingly reasonable prices.
